Guizhou Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel Reviews

We booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay. The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes. The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars. What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest.

The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The room is spacious and includes everything you need. The only little complaint is the internet. The WiFi cannot be connected until the staff come to fix it.

The hotel is in a great location right in the city center. There are midnight snack coupons when you check in, which include fried rice, rice noodles and other foods. The breakfast has a rich variety, and there are special foods such as Laocai beef noodles. The children don’t know how to use the bread machine, so the little brother helps to bake it. The important thing is that breakfast is served until 12 o'clock, allowing guests to sleep in. The room was very comfortable, the mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean with its white tile decoration. Parking is free, and the parking lot manager will give you two bottles of mineral water when you leave. The service is really considerate. I gave it 5 points because the full score is only 5 points

This hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient, especially with lots of delicious food nearby. The rooms are large, well-equipped, and the double toilets are second to none. The breakfast is rich and served from 7:30 to 12:00, so you can sleep in and save on lunch. The night meal is open from 20:00 to 23:00, so you can have all three meals. Not only that, there is also afternoon tea and warm and attentive service. It is really great value and deserves five points.

The most comfortable stop in Guizhou self-driving tour, the hotel is located near the administrative center and is very quiet. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the rooms are large, with bedding, toiletries, double bathrooms, and three separate rooms. You must eat the restaurant's beef noodles for breakfast, it's very delicious. The laundry room is also very big, with a pulsator washing machine, dryer, indoor and outdoor clothes drying racks, and a full range of soap, laundry detergent and brushes. There is a sofa where you can wait for the laundry to be done. There is also a restroom next to it.

The hotel has a parking lot and is rated four stars. The rooms are clean and soundproofed. There are free fruits and snacks in the lobby. The service is good and all questions are answered. When we left the hotel, we were given water and small cakes to eat on the way. It was very thoughtful!

Kaili is a treasure city, worth visiting twice. I chose Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel for my three-day and two-night trip. The hotel's service is 100 points, and the staff at each work position are very friendly. I took the initiative to say hello at the meeting. The room is clean and well-equipped, and the double toilet is a highlight. There is also afternoon tea served for a long time, and supper is prepared for guests in the evening. The buffet breakfast has many categories and tastes good. I recommend Laocai beef noodles.

This is the hotel I stayed in Kaili when I went to Qianhu Miao Village. The room was very good, clean and tidy. Fruits and cakes were given when I checked in, and a small fruit gift box was given when I left. The waiter was also very enthusiastic. It was a very comfortable stay during the May Day holiday.
