One of the best hot spring hotel in Japan, so good with reasonable price

Polite & attentive staff. Good English that I had no problem communicating with them. The dinner & the breakfast are very authentic. I want to stay there again.

Excellent service, 2 public onsen but only 1 small open-air onsen although you can go to rukiroh onsen for free. Tasty breakfast but looking at others review, you can try the dinner set.

It was my first time to experience a Japanese-style room. It was clean and tidy. The house was old but not old, which was great! The space was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had two public hot springs. Although they were not big, they were quite comfortable. I went there during off-peak hours and it was just like a private hot spring.

Live in a private hothouse for 350! The room is big but the smell of urine in the toilet is too strong and unacceptable

The man waiting outside greeted me and was very kind, so I had a good impression of the inn from the moment I arrived. After that, all the staff were very kind and I had a comfortable stay.

The menu may change every day, but the chicken tempura and croquettes at breakfast were very delicious. There are two baths in the hotel, one of which is an open-air bath, which was very pleasant. Many families visit, so I think it's best to go at a different time when children are in the bath, as they are running around and it's difficult to relax. There is a foot bath and public bath within a five-minute walk, so it was a nice atmosphere in the hot spring town. I recommend researching nearby restaurants in advance and making a reservation if possible.

A traditional Japanese-style hot spring hotel with good service. There is a bus to and from JR Kaga Onsen Station. Reservation is required. The scenic spots near the hotel are not far away and can be visited on foot. If you don’t care about hot spring culture and history, you can visit here.

I wanted to go to Kaga Onsen, but I didn't know how to choose a hotel. I chose this hotel after reading a travel book. The brand is old, the facilities are too old, it was renovated in 1996, there are big stains on the carpet, not many people live there, some places feel gloomy and poorly ventilated. The hot springs did not meet my expectations, one indoor and one outdoor, very ordinary. The dinner was good and I ate until I was full. The Japanese-style room is not bad, with a bathtub for soaking, but we didn't use it. The waiter seemed to be far away from you, with no expression on his face. He didn't move at all when he saw us taking our luggage. There was only one aunt who was in charge of our dinner. She was cheerful and very enthusiastic. I will definitely change the place next time I go.

The hotel had a calming atmosphere and the rooms were clean and nice. The baths were also nice. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious.

The hotel service is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the hot spring is superb! The 24-hour beverage lounge area is also very considerate.
