Check in was not smooth, everything thing else was fine, very good room

If you're staying at this hotel, do not use any of their services. The male receptionist yelled at me and threatened me like a ****. Calling the tourist police helped, but I recommend against it in the first place. [Situation Description] 1. I tried to use the laundry service. They didn't tell me the price. 2. After using the laundry service, they charged me $50. (It was just gym clothes and underwear.) 3. I complained. They offered a discount but still insisted I pay. (I couldn't understand why they were still charging me without prior notice.) 4. As check-out time approached, the hotel staff in the lobby urged me to pay quickly, and I fled to my room. 5. I contacted the embassy and the tourist police. They yelled at me, asking why I was calling the police. 6. The hotel threatened that they would grant my request, but that I wouldn't be allowed to leave unless I canceled the police report. 7. After canceling the report, I was able to leave the hotel. (They taunted, cursed, and laughed behind my back.) ___ Every moment in Egypt was enjoyable and happy, but this hotel turned my last memory into a nightmare. When I asked an Egyptian friend, he said there seemed to be illegal aliens living there as well. For your safety, don't be fooled by the claim of a four-star hotel; I recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel service is good, the environment is beautiful, the facilities are a bit old, but clean, the lobby manager is Chinese, even the hotel door is in Chinese. It is a hotel under PetroChina, and the front desk staff can speak English, so communication is barrier-free. High cost performance, very close to the Pyramids scenic area.

There are Chinese people in the hotel, if you can't communicate, you can add WeChat, it's very convenient to communicate with Chinese people.
