Very convenient hotel to all the malls. Closed to CIQ. Less crowded. Peaceful and safe environment. Hotel staff and reception are very helpful. Knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Room very clean. Easy to gat grab.

Enjoyed the large room on the 17th floor and the view is spectacular. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool was good too. The location was ok, easy and affordable to grab anywhere. 

2 single bed twin room very big and with breakfast apply. The breakfast is delicious and a lot of choice

I have stayed at Grand Paragon countless times with my family and have always enjoyed our stay. This time, I went with a friend and our experience at Paragon Hotel was no exception. The hotel may looked dated but the cleaniless and friendly staff more than make up for it. My friend was impressed the spacious room. Breakfast spread is also good, though we skipped this round. Best of all, we got upgraded to a deluxe room. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are in JB for a holiday.

We only stayed at the hotel to sleep, so I can’t comment on much else. But the room was quite clean and felt surprisingly new for an older hotel.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and impeccable cleanliness made our stay unforgettable. Location was perfect.

Toilet bowl was not functioning, had to go down to use the toilet at the reception area. Asked them to fix but end up no use. We had to deal with the unnecessary inconvenience and nothing was still done. Please do something about it, it’ll bring alot of discomfort and inconvenience to your guest.

We had a very comfortable stay recently. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the reception staff are courteous, polite and accommodating. The breakfast has a good spread too. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

I read many positive reviews and we enjoyed the stay as the room was huge even for a standard size. Clean and comfortable beds that enabled a good sleep. Perhaps the toilet tiles need a revamp and install a longer piece of shower curtain.

There's some issues happen during the check-in time, but they were solved it at last and upgrade the room for us.

Its an amazing stay during my short trip to JB. I like the hospitality of the hotel staff during the check in process. The location is great and the room is well maintained. The bathroom is very spacious with bathtub.

The window ledge was a little dusty, however, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and cut fruits were kept in the see-through fridge.

Room rate is affordable. Spacious room with big beds, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast also had plenty choice of food and was charged RM30 instead of the published rate RM40 per person. Hotel also provided convenient parking at the basement. Requested for a room near lift but was given very far from lift (Room 917). Front desk staff was kinda new and probably overlooked the request. The towels given was rather thin and felt like old cloth (rough). Perhaps can replace with a soft and thick comfortable towels. Other than that, all is fine. Will come back for business trip later.

I booked this hotel last minute due to my airbnb was terrible traffic noise. First impression was good. Standard twin room and spacious hallway. My daughter was happy. Overall, before you want to go buy food better give the tng to get foc parking.
