We loved our stay! Will definitely be back :) Only thing is nothing much around the area so need to grab in and out - but grab is pretty affordable so no issues there really!

The location is superb with direct access to R&F mall where you can find many eateries and a grocery shop. The house itself is spacious and clean. I love the bed it is super comfortable. Shower heater and AC are well functioned. Everything is just so new. Definitely will book again for my next trip to R&F!

A luxury 2 bedroom apartment where you can have a good night sleep. The place is very new with all basic necessities. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Complimentary dedicated car park for unit which is a plus. Security is tight which is good. Took a while to find the block as the development is huge. Beautiful view overlooking the causeway. Kitchen lacks cups and plates but was ok for us as it was just an overnight stay for us. If u are heading to Johor Bahru and looking for a place to stay with family, I would recommend this place for its cleanliness, security and comfortable environment.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. View of RTS from balcony. Family had a good stay. Due to the large complex with multiple car park entrances, it may be difficult to find. Fortunately, guards were very friendly. No other complaints.

The environment was quiet and convenient. Only bad side is that telco service is weak at that area. If you plan to grab, remember to do in when you have wifi access in your unit.

Stunning undisturbed view over Johor-Singapore straits via the High level floor of 47th. Both rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Both bathrooms have basic toiletry. The kitchen has set of 4 for plates, bowls, cups. The entire unit is sparkling clean. Balcony has cloth hanging lines. Windy and not so noisy due to high floor. Very nice swimming pool and exercise track at 8th floor. Reasonable price for the quality. Surely would like to stay again. Suggestions: 1. Draw the parking lot on the the Carpark map provided. As the parking is quite huge and take a while for us to find the exit door to the lift. 2. Provide a clearer instruction map to get the key from the mail box. As there are quite many Blocks and Carpark entrances. 3. Provide a clearer instruction to go to R&F Mall via the Bridge from the 8th Floor. We have a Great Stay~Thx

The rooms are very spacious and windy. Suitable for small family to stay for staycation. My room is located on the 38th floor and high windy floor with a big balcony overlooking the causeway.

It was a wonderful experience, the place is very clean and comfortable and safe, really recommend for a families and couples, no disturbance at all. Amazing high floor view and you have everything you need within walking distance.

Overall, a very cosy, bright and clean apartment to stay. Decent size. They have fridge, washing machine etc. Really good for few days stay. The only downside is, they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper, in the bathroom of master bedroom. Guest bathroom has no toilet roll. Also, no paper like tissue paper provided in the kitchen or living room. The house has a cooking smell too, I believed the previous guest have done heavy cooking. Will book the same apartment again next time if the price is reasonable, a good deal if you a travelling with friends.

The unit is clean and spacious. Much better than a hotel. Located just near malls and immigration. They also provided toiletries and towels.  Can cook since they also have utensils.
