Overall we had good experience staying in this hotel. This hotel located in the city centre where eateries are easily access. The receptionist are friendly. I like the architecture of the hotel design. Down side of this hotel : Breakfast was ok. Not much of varieties and the room floor was a little dirty, but not a big issue

This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.

Very nice hotel in the area for the price! Wang JiaoJiao at the desk was very helpful in booking my transportation and accommodating me with any of my needs!

The hotel bit difficult to find and alot of restaurant and convenient shop nearby. The room is big enough. The service was so so and they provide free shuttle to national park. The worst part was the reception girl put three of us in the back seat of the car. My husband and son is quite a big size and myself squeezed like sardines at the back of the car and we are not happy about it! The WiFi also worst!

This was a lovely hotel. Well placed just off the main road, so on a quiet cul-de-sac. The receptionists didn’t speak English but were kind and helpful. Rooms were very nice and large, beds comfy. Bathroom was basic but generally clean, and water was mostly warm to hot. Good pressure on the shower. The only note is that their non-smoking advertised rooms generally are drenched in cigarette smoke. Luckily not many rooms were taken and we could decide on the least cigarette-y one. One of the other rooms smelled like it might have a drainage problem, but I think they went to fix it right away as they noticed too. Beds and pillows super comfy. Even though it got chilly on our second day, the room stayed warm, even with the window open a crack for fresh air. Good duvets and cotton bedding :) The hotel itself is pretty new and looks very nice. For breakfast, if you want coffee, I suggest grabbing it at the reception — not at the machine in the restaurant.

Really amazing hotel, they offer free drop off to JiuZhaiGou and were super helpful to book a bus back to the train station. The entire staff was super sweet and the hotel was amazing. Even got a free upgrade. Strongly recommend! 10/10

Everything is really good

Many eateries around. Near to Qiangguqiang. Hotel staffs are friendly. Chair and light in the room were broken, but staff attended promptly. Room is very warm, thumbs up for that especially Jiuzhaigou weather is still cold in March. Breakfast is local menu, it’s a good experience for us. Hotel also provides free shuttle to National Park.

It’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking. The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended. Definitely I will be returning again. Natsume
