Hangting Hotel Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

Great comfortable stay in this hotel. The place was clean and warm. The location is strategically located within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of JiuZhaiGou park (to the right) and nearby eateries (to the left). There’s a MCD just downstairs, and a small convenience store next to it as well. Especially thankful to have the front door service staff, Mr Klein and another lady, who were extremely patient and helpful with all our needs and concerns. They were friendly and efficient with getting our needs, and showed professionalism. Overall the room was satisfying, the heater was working well, warm shower did not require long waiting, and all the amenities were provided. Only thing is that the water pressure is slightly low, but considering the location, I’m not complaining! We also had their breakfast for two days in a row, it was delicious. Served from 7am, with much variety of food (not repeated the next day) including western (bread, pastries, cereal) and Chinese food (porridge, fried rice, steamed buns, sautéed vegetables). Would recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

Pros: Luxury renovations, good window views. Quiet. Cons: 1) This place is a bit far from the Jiuzhai resort. But it's not so hard to hire a car. 2) There's only one restaurant for dinners which mainly give Sichuan food. I'm OK with the cuisine, though sometimes I find it's a bit oily. But the dishes are really pricey. In general I'm happy with my stay. But I would try a different hotel during my next visit.

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. It is great, and there are themed artworks everywhere 🎈🛍️Service The hotel provides butler service, Andy Hu provided a lot of help, thank you very much, helped to delay the check-out, arranged the hotel's travel photography activities, very satisfied 👍 The service staff encountered during the stay were very sincere, very nice and responsive, thumbs up 👍 🏮🎁Food & Food Dinner: Experienced the ******* stone pot chicken, the price is not cheap but the taste is superb, waited for a long time, but the moment I ate the food was really super satisfying, the chicken was very tender, the soup base was also very rich, the dipping sauce was amazing, both spicy and non-spicy tastes are delicious, highly recommended Breakfast: You must try breakfast, it's too rich, tried all kinds of local food, I like yak yogurt + tsampa + honey bread the most, the honey is still hanging on the board of honey 🍯, pure and original ecology Help improve some small suggestions: 1. The hotel is integrated with the scenic area, so it is hard to tell whether it is inside or outside the hotel. Building 2 is arranged, a little distance from the lobby, but you can only switch from the 2nd floor, and you are lost when you walk to the 1st floor 2. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

Must stay hotel!  First we want to give appreciation to Nick Pan (General Manager) for helping us arrange our transportation from/to the train station. Is very nice to get a quick response email with you sir, and also your English speaking ability is very assisting. Secondly to Mina (Front Office Manager, if we are not wrong) who guided us during our 4 days stay. Your information is very supportive of us. Last, to Bryan, who took a long way to pick up and send us from/to the train station. You have good driving skills and a good attitude. Btw, thanks for the hot coffee in the middle of this year's first snow in Jiuzhaigou. Also, thanks to all receptionist staff for upgrading our room to a very nice Suite room. Is not just a huge room, but also a luxury and comfortable room. This is our first time coming to Jiuzhaigou, and you all made it an extraordinary memory. The hotel itself is in a good location. Connection with food and shop complex area. Many restaurants around so that we can taste the delicious local food. The breakfast menu is also good enough with variant cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Jiuzhaigou. We will recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.

Hanging on the mountain, lying in the clouds, the cloud secret hotel at an altitude of 2,500 meters is the perfect interpretation of a paradise! Standing on the top of the mountains, there is a rolling sea of ​​clouds under your feet, and there are continuous snow-capped mountains in front of you. The beauty is beyond imagination! Without going to the scenic area, the scenery around the hotel is already beautiful. Whether you enjoy afternoon tea in the lobby or dinner in the restaurant, your mood is wonderful! Liu Fengyi from Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou's service from beginning to end is very considerate and professional. The 3 nights are fleeting. Next time, I will go to lie down and play in another season😂😂😂 The only regret is that the hotel's cute pandas are a little less in stock, and I didn't buy enough. The price is really conscience price🥰🥰🥰
