They have taken cash from me but I did not get the reversal of my money from trip.com for both rooms?

Hotel is new. It is in the cluster of hotels north of the airport.

We stayed for a day for transit from Guangzhou to Sydney via Jinan. We couldn't be happier with it. They provided free airport pickup in the middle of the night (4.30am to be exact), and sent us to the airport late afternoon the next day. The room and the bed were super comfortable. The service was excellent. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a hotel for transit.

AC was not working. Cold water was very slow. Water quality is less. Night you will keep hearing the aircraft noise because it is very near to the airport
