Located next to Daguangyuan, lots of restaurants and street food delicacies. Professional, courteous and prompt front desk, housekeeping and dining service. Clean sheets, linens and towels. Toilet and bathroom are separate which is a plus for us. Room is clean and well soundproofed despite being at a busy intersection.There's a small gym and self service laundromat. Breakfast was great, good variety of local food, fruits, pastries, savories, especially like the noodles and pancakes cooked on the spot. Good value for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended.

I contacted the superior store manager, who promised to come and deal with it in an hour. However, I waited all night but he did not show up. The store manager did not come, but a man who claimed to be the investor of the hotel came. He did not see the process of the incident, but just believed the one-sided words of the waiter. His attitude was quite tough. The store manager broke his promise and broke his promise. The front desk was unreasonable. The investor was more like a social person. Is this the service tenet of Atour Hotel? Is this a service industry?

First of all, the hotel didn't even clean the room for extended stays. I don't know how they track the service. Also, what's the difference between the executive room and the superior room? I didn't see or feel it. In such a competitive market, I hope they can provide good service!

The underground parking lot was full. Then, in order to help solve the parking problem, the brother asked everyone to park underground and put the key at the front desk. The front desk guys moved the car when they needed to move it. They worked hard. The tea room in the room is really thoughtful. You can make tea in the morning. It's so warm. In addition, two bags of drip coffee and coffee cups are provided every day. It's very thoughtful, right? There is also mineral water every day! By the way, the welcome drinks in the refrigerator are quite rich, and they are all free. Although the mattress and pillows are not as amazing and comfortable as the legend, they are still comfortable. Anyway, I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, because I was really tired from walking around during the day. Although there is not much breakfast, there are enough Chinese and Western styles. The only thing that is not good is the dessert.
