I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Good variety of Chinese and western food in breakfast and in dinner buffet. Ms. Dou Qin Qin and Mr. Troy and in the restaurant speak good English and they were very helpful and supportive.

Housekeeping people are very nice. Huge hotel for attending the conference. The room is fine. Bed is comfortable. But it’s not very convenient, no restaurants, convenient stores, etc. nearby. Need to walk 20 mins to a mall. No clock in the room, the refrigerator is not cold, the weighing scale is old style, barely see the numbers.

Very good and very satisfied. Shandong Building and Shandong Hall are in the same courtyard. Very convenient. Quancheng Park is downstairs. The scenery is beautiful. The room service is thoughtful. A lot of fruit snacks are given. It is also convenient to order takeout.

Geographic location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is close to Quancheng Park, a 10-minute walk to Qianfoshan Scenic Area, and a 15-minute drive to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. If Shandong Mansion is rated as a five-star hotel, 95% of other hotels can only be downgraded by one level. The luxury of Chinese culture is unparalleled in details and style. The breakfast is rich and high-end, and the swan pool is pleasing to the eye. There are many high-end Chinese stores in the lobby corridor, involving custom clothing, ready-made clothes, iron pots, jade, calligraphy and painting, tea art, and Shandong specialties. The Sharp TV in the room is a bit small, but the picture quality and sound quality are excellent. The shower water flow is the unique water feeling of top-level products. The garden downstairs is enough for walking and watching for most of the day. Thanks to Xiao Lu at the front desk (if I remember correctly) for upgrading to the 21st Century room type for free!

Shandong Hotel really exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are very comfortable, and it is not far from the scenic area. You can walk to Qianfo Mountain. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is rich and delicious. I would also like to thank the two girls in the breakfast restaurant for their enthusiastic service. Thank you Huang Ruirong and Li Wenjing. I would also like to thank the handsome brother Fa Zhenhan who makes coffee for me every day in the lobby bar. He is handsome and nice.

This time, I stayed at Shandong Hotel with my whole family to celebrate the Chinese New Year. In addition to the incomparable superior environment, spacious and clean rooms, every enthusiastic employee made us feel at home. Although we arrived in the evening, Chen Ying and Duan Yujie, the floor supervisors, came to understand our needs as soon as we checked in, and prepared fruits, snacks and snake dolls for the children. Whether at the front desk, restaurant or guest room, or even the handsome service guy at the door, we face warm smiling faces every day, and we can feel that they take care of us from the bottom of their hearts like treating our relatives. Even before leaving, Zheng Youhao from the front office specially sent us a brand new packing box to help us express our luggage. The 8-day holiday ended in a hurry, and I look forward to going home again next time and staying in Shandong Hotel again!

After doing some research, I chose Shandong Mansion, which was recommended by many people. The stay experience was very good. I have a little cleanliness obsession, and Shandong Mansion is indeed a government-oriented hotel. The sanitary conditions are completely in line with my expectations. The housekeeper Huang Yue is very considerate and has a very good attitude. Seeing that there are children following me, she took the initiative to give the children small gifts, and actively responded to and solved all problems during the stay. Regarding breakfast, I like the coffee from the self-service coffee machine in Shandong Mansion. I want to ask what brand of coffee beans it is... I will still choose Shandong Mansion next time I go to Jinan. PS: Girls in Shandong are really tall~~~~
