Great location, service, close to attractions and clean

We rented a four-bedroom on the second floor. It was clean. Very good location, close to St Mark's Square. The bad thing is one bathroom per floor, which meant there were sometimes queues. It was not as bad as other people's comments said.

Acceptable, we spent one night and it is close to the Santa Lucia station, it suited our needs, there are 3 rooms that share a bathroom and a kitchen, we got one of the rooms with 3 beds 6/10

The hotel corresponds to the price, the bathroom and toilet are shared, but everything is very clean and there are all the amenities, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the central square at a leisurely pace, there is air conditioning in the room, it worked averagely

Not bad, good location, close to the train station! There are many restaurants nearby, very convenient!

Honestly, I can only advise against this establishment for the total lack of know-how: my rating is zero out of ten.

Generally a pleasant stay at this hostel for the price. Would stay again and would recommend as a cheaper alternative to expensive hotels. Pros: great location, from train station you just have to go over the big bridge and it’s a 5 minute walk from there. Outside is a lovely cafe with cheap pastries, and also a pizzeria with made on the spot pizzas. Right in the middle of the maze of canals. Lovely to walk around and feels very safe around the location. Me and a friend stayed in a private double room with shared bathroom. Room was on the second floor - no lift to note. Needed a private code to get in and I think there was about 4 private rooms in this area for this bathroom. Plus key access to individual room. Room was basic but plenty of room with a lovely huge window. Bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. Towels given in room along with soap and shampoo. Receptionist was nice. Check in is early compared to many places which is great. Sink in room which was really Good. Cons: flat pillows were a bit uncomfortable, very loud with barking dogs and party groups, some Guests knocking on the bathroom when you had only been in there for a minute or two. Google maps will send you in a circle to find the hotel so I recommend asking locals as they will likely help you find your room easier. Rooms in seperate building so did not see many staff - not an issue but if there was an issue it may be unclear where to find staff.

Had to do Venice on a tight budget and this place fit the bill. Got a 3rd floor room with nice rooftop view and clean bathroom (shared). Very basic amenities, but sufficient. All I needed was a place to lay down my head at night. Location is excellent, very close to the train station.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a giugno 2024. L'edificio era fatiscente, la camera era piccola, piuttosto sporca, ma tutto rapportato al prezzo. La mia recensione è motivata da ciò che è accaduto al momento del check-out. Il receptionist, già durante il check-in, aveva provato a contestare il pagamento via Booking, nonostante io abbia mostrato la ricevuta. La mattina della partenza, lo stesso receptionist si è offerto di custodire i miei bagagli, che avrei potuto recuperare nel pomeriggio. Quando sono tornato, però, mancava la valigetta con il pc. Il receptionist si è rifiutato di collaborare in alcun modo a determinare cosa fosse accaduto e ha persino provato a sostenere che non ci fosse mai stato un pc. Ho denunciato l'accaduto ai carabinieri, ma, com'era purtroppo prevedibile, non è intervenuto nessuno. Io consiglio di NON soggiornare in questa struttura, perché temo che il receptionist sia solito sottrarre beni ai clienti. I stayed at this property in June 2024. The building was dilapidated, the room was small and rather dirty, but it was all in line with the price. My review is motivated by what happened at check-out. The receptionist, already during check-in, had attempted to dispute the payment made through Booking, even after I had shown him the receipt. On the morning of my departure, the same receptionist offered to store my luggage, which I could collect in the afternoon. However, when I returned, my suitcase containing my laptop was missing. The receptionist refused to cooperate in any way to determine what had happened and even tried to claim that there had never been a laptop. I reported the incident to the police, but, as unfortunately expected, no action was taken. I strongly advise against staying at this property because I fear the receptionist regularly steals items from guests.
