We got upgraded to the Echarm Hotel (Which is the ”sister” hotel of city convenience Hotel and they are located in the same building just different floors) The Hotel is clean and the manger is super helpful and is able to speak English. We could not communicate with any of the other staff as they could not speak English. Location is great with a mini mart right across the road. The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

朋友來濟南玩，幫忙預訂一個離西站比較近的酒店，正好看到這家新開的酒店，旁邊就是山東國際會展中心，宜家和迪卡儂也在這裏，房間衞生乾淨，環境也好，工作人員也都很熱情，雖然是新開的酒店但是房間沒有什麼味道，設施齊全還有早餐廳，朋友入住的很愉快，説下次來濟南還選擇這裏。
