I have stayed in a family room in this hotel before, and overall it was pretty good. The choice this time was not as good as last time. I booked it for two days first. On the first day, I contacted them to ask if they wanted to extend their stay and to check out. Later, they told the front desk that the registration and reservation would be answered two days later. To verify, I was tired after a day of shopping and there was no elevator to go up to the second floor. The room card was invalid and could not be opened. I went back downstairs and returned to the front desk. I was told that the front desk made a mistake on the first day. I did not register for an extension for two days and it was invalid for one day. When I checked out, If you want a good review, tell me honestly that you can't give a good review. I made a mistake and made the customer run up and down. The waiter said that the permission is only one per day. Someone secretly stayed in the room without paying the fee. It is really irresponsible. Why didn't you inform me when checking in? I swiped my card every day and didn't tell them when I asked on the phone whether to extend my stay. However, when the customer went upstairs, he found that he couldn't enter the room and went downstairs to give permission again.
