I really appreciate that staff (front) very helpful even we have language struggle. The room is clean. Also, they have service to sent us to airport as well. Overall, I really happy with this place.

The location very strategic to the airport. Layout of the room is good and clean. The toilet is a bit compact. The service they provide is exceptional. - Our flight was delayed by 35 mins+ well into midnight and the driver still waited for us to pick us up - We are not fluent in mandarin and the receptionist make all effort to assist us

The only problem is that this side is close to the airport, and there are often sounds of airplanes. The sound of large trucks on the road next to it is sometimes a bit loud and noisy. It may be because I live in a room close to the road. If I live in a room not close to the road, it should not be noisy.
