The location is really great, especially if you are transiting through Chengdu. The hotel is located in the airport, making it a quick and easy walk. However, as was the case throughout Chengdu, it was extremely difficult to communicate with hotel staff as they didn’t understand English, which would be so important given the vast nationality of customers who would book to stay.

I booked the wrong hotel for the Renshou Marathon. I was so amused. I arrived here at night and went directly to the KTV to sing. I communicated with Mandy throughout the whole process. She was efficient and provided thoughtful service. Breakfast was available at 6:30, which was convenient for early risers. The amusement park was very popular with children. The hotel was clean and tidy.

The room is large, clean and tidy, especially the green plants in the room and the bathroom with a heater, which feels very thoughtful. This hotel is highly recommended as a transit option, and may also be suitable for local exploration. Its location within a larger hotel complex provides convenient access to the airport, with a shuttle service ensuring a prompt transfer (approximately 12 minutes door-to-door). Several reasonably priced Chinese restaurants are located within a short walk (less than 100 meters). The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. While I did not partake in breakfast due to scheduling, I found the hotel to be good value for the price.

The hotel is incredibly good for the price. The location is super convenient, about 15mins by their shuttle bus - you should really make sure that you can take it though because it’s difficult to reach by public transport and not exactly walking distance. It’s really easy to use so don’t worry. You can contact the hotel easily via WeChat and they send you all the info you might need. The room is massive, clean and modern. They offer some small gifts - a panda keychain, earplugs and hand cream. I really loved the room. The only issue was that the lock wasn’t working - you still need a card to get in so I guess it was fine but it made me a little uncomfortable. On their page, they say that they have English translation service but nobody spoke English when I arrived so I’m not sure about how that one works.

I stayed here for a layover overnight, but access to things made it a challenge. The complex is still too new. There’s a few hotels there. I also feel it was poorly lit. Taxi access was a challenge. I fell in the dark area outside. The gift shop was nice down the street. Food delivery required going down the street by the shuttle, so bringing bags was not easy. I tried three times for a Didi. The landscape is nice, but I have no idea why that airport area is not better developed or why it is so dark around there.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every member of staff, from driver to front desk and restaurant were very kind and professional. The room was clean, full of modern and stylish amenities. I used the hotel only to spend the night between two flights as it is very conveniently close to the hotel and they offer free airport transfer in a very modern and comfortable car. If you need a comfortable room for a sleep between two flights, this is the prefect spot. However, if you want to visit Chengdu or go out of the hotel, this may not be the right for as the hotel is in the middle of the countryside with nothing nearby.
