Booked the hotel to spend night to transfer at Tuanfu airport. The location is great. The staff are very helpful, gave details on when and where to wait for shuttle. The driver helped out with suitcase and brought us breakfast the next day when we headed out for an early flight. The hotel has a big and beautiful garden. Room is clean and cozy. The only thing to complain is there is no elevator. There are many small steps/stairs to get to the room. It's pretty hard to carry suitcase. Other than that, it's a great choice to stay.

The hotel was better than expected given the modest price. They provided shuttle service from and to the airport, wake up call, basic packed breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was big. It had all the needed amenities. The staff was really friendly despite the lack of English language. The location is good as it is walking distance to grocery shops and restaurants. Definitely it is a great value for money.

The free airport shuttle (24 hours) is really good and convenient, especially if you just need a quick stay before your departure or after your arrival before heading to the next destination. It takes around 20 min travel time from the Tian Fu airport. But to be honest, it’s not the best choice for a long stay of the whole journey, as the location is really far from town.

This is a great hotel.
I liked that there were two bathrooms.
It felt very clean and the photos and the actual room were exactly the same.
The breakfast was also very filling.
Above all, the staff tried hard to help me, who doesn't speak Chinese well, and were always kind. I communicated with the staff through a translator. I'm really grateful to the reception staff and restaurant staff.
I want to come back to this hotel next time I come to Chengdu.
However, the hotel name on trip.com is different from the actual hotel name.
The taxi driver couldn't find the hotel with the map on his phone either.
If you're taking a taxi, it would be easier to ask the driver to go to Holiday Inn. It's about a 1-minute walk? It's right behind the building.

The hotel does not have an elevator, and there are many restaurants on the whole street, which is very convenient. The room infrastructure is complete, the room is not big, it is not very good to walk after opening the box, the window handle is broken, but the room of a hundred small dozens cannot be too demanding, and there are basically everything to use.
The reception is warm, the pick-up and drop-off service is available, and the airport is about 15 minutes by car.

A hotel highly recommended by a friend. No matter how good it is, I would rather come and experience it for myself. The environment is very good, the lobby is fashionable and elegant, and the front desk is so nice. I said that I have a lot of luggage, and they took the initiative to store it for me and gave the children lollipops as a gift. The room is large and has a unique decoration style. It has complete facilities and equipment, independent WIFI is fast, the central air-conditioning temperature is suitable, the bedding is very unique, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the disposable toilet seat allows me to use it with confidence. Free breakfast and parking space are also the main reasons why I chose their hotel.

We were passing through for 1 day, but there were a lot of impressions, for starters, the wonderful Amber met us at the airport, brought us to the hotel, we got there very quickly, no traffic jams, the location of the hotel is super, there are a lot of shops nearby, a park, a hotel with a view of the river, behind the hotel there is a shopping center and more, there is where to walk.
The rooms are comfortable, everything is very clean, the bed is comfortable, I especially liked the blanket) Shower, all accessories, dental kits, gel, shampoo, we did not have to worry about anything. The room is heated, we quickly warmed up
On the 4th floor there is a beautiful area in the fresh air with a great view
We were also taken back to the airport without any problems, the service is at a high level

GGuest UserLocation: It is only more than 10 minutes away from Tianfu Airport. The distance is very close. I will fly out the next morning and stay one night and go directly to the airport the next morning. For me, who has difficulty getting up, it is great to sleep for a while.
Service: I have to say that the price-performance ratio is too high. For such a favorable price, the boss also provides pick-up and drop-off for the whole journey, helps with luggage, and calls to wake up in the morning. It is really a good idea.
Hygiene: The price is favorable but the hotel hygiene is very good. The bed sheets and duvet covers are no worse than 200 yuan per night.
Environment: There is a snack street a few minutes walk from the hotel. The snack street is quite lively and has a lot of Chengdu delicacies. It is good news for a foodie like me. What also makes me very satisfied is that the hotel also has a river view room with a super good view. The key is that compared with the hotels on the street, it is really quiet. Although it is near the airport, the sound insulation is very good, so you can have a good sleep at night.
It is recommended to stay at this hotel and it will be a hotel you will choose next time you come to Tianfu Airport.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
