for such a price in the middle of KL — it is safe to say that my experience was nothing but such a splendid one. it has an AIRBNB concept, which makes it even more comfortable; you can get 2 rooms and one bath for only rm 180 instead of paying for only one room hotel. the receptionist is friendly, the location is strategic and the distance to the heart of KL (bukit bintang) is merely 10 minutes by walking. parking can easily be found, and everything has been utterly pleasant for us. the living room is spacious—the dining area is clean and arranged well, the two rooms are comfortable to sleep in.

- No clear direction to visitor parking. - The actual room is different from the photos - Noisy as the building next to it still under construction - The kids thot the swimming pool is fish pond as the water super dirty (cloudy) and smelly (dead rat smell). It seems like no cleaning at all. You can’t see the bottom of the pool

Overall it's good and pleasant since it's very new. But few things to improve as below; 1. Bathroom window is not tinted and no curtain, it's transparent and very uncomfortable..... feeling insecure, we request extra towel to cover the toilet window. 2. Need to request toilet rolls since there is no spare one in the room, 3 toilets but only 2 toilet rolls provided and we book for 3 nights stay. 3. 2nd toilet leaking but luckily not smelly. 4. No bedsheets but only linen for all the bed in the rooms. 5. No dustbin in the toilet but only one at the living room. 6. Body wash was empty in one bathroom, never checked before we check in. 7. Sound proof is poor, can hear neighbour knocking or renovating in the morning. There is some good feedbacks as below too; 1. Very cozy interior design, feeling so calm. 2. 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets is perfect for family stay. 3. Giving hotel vibes as all necessities is provided such as toothbrush, shower caps, sanitary pad, towel and even floor towel, shampoos and body wash, utensil, pan, kettle, microwave etc. 4. Good location, very near to TRX and not far from Pavillion. 5. Clean and bright with big space. 6. Aircond is cold and freezing. 7. Nice sky deck can see the good views.

Place is nice & clean, same as seen in pictures. Housekeeping was done daily. Good that there’s a washing machine + dryer, convenient. Being a new apartment, just be prepared for a few hiccups. On the day we checked out, two out of three lifts were not in service, hence long waiting time for the only operating lift and we resorted to going down the stairs. However, great service from the staff who are all accommodating, thank you! Place is about 10mins walking distance to TRX, and some food trucks are avail at certain times within the area.

Good location for an apartment style accommodation. The difference between the two 2 room styles is that the cheaper basic one only has 1 shared bathroom while the more expensive one has 1 bathroom in the master bedroom and 1 in the common area. A bit finicky to get into the apartment as the check in area and the apartment are in different towers. Location is near to pavillion and TRX and both are within a 10 to 15 minute walking distance. Cleanliness of the apartment could be better, the floors were a bit slippery like too much floor cleaner was used but not washed or mopped away properly as we could see water marks all over the floor which meant that the floor was mopped.

Parts of area still under construction. Not a hotel, it is a homestay type property. No concierge. Carry your own bag. Check in counter to lift lobby for the unit we were assigned feels like, going to, we need to call taxi or e - hailing 😂. Car park not really well lighted during day time, to find the unit car park number is like doing treasure hunt. Not much toiletries better to bring you own.

Very spacious for big family, worth than paying at hotel. Able to access to swimming pool at 10th floor,playground,park, and sky dining area at 60th floor with scenic view of klcc and Kl tower. Location strategic in Bukit Bintang. The receptionist Zara is so nice upon attending me and my family with small kids. You can get your own parking space in the building too

We love this hotel. It’s clean, very new hotel and located at center of Bukit Bintang. The staff of friendly and helpful. Will introduce to my friends and family👍

Nice stay with Ayatt. Nice rooms, didn't get to use the facilities. Staff were generally friendly.

good hotel, great location, service

I had a great stay, good reception service rather than other home stay operators in kuala lumpur. the staffs are friendly and always ready to help, making everything easy and comfortable. The location is very good and i can just walk to TRX shopping mall within 3mins. the room is big and beautiful view, however its new so that got a bit smell, anyway can still understand and accept.
