HOTEL MUY BIEN SITUADI, PERSONAL MUY PROFESIONAL.

The staff was very attentive, the room was adequate and the buffet breakfast was adequate.

The breakfast alone makes up for the small defects in the room. It couldn't be more centrally located. Book now!

El servicio normal, las instalaciones bien pero un poco antiguas , la comida no llegue a bajar al buffet y las almohadas de la cama muy incómodas y pequeñas , por lo demás todo perfecto

Stayed for five nights with a friend, the first room we had was very disappointing. The bidet and toilet faced each other with only a 6 inch gap between, and both were only about 10 inches from the bath, making getting out of the shower very hazardous. After complaining, we were given a much better room. The cleaning of the rooms was not particularly good, we found hairs in the bath on arrival, and we had no towels on one day. However, the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre, but plentiful. The hotel is situated very conveniently for the centre of Jerez within walking distance of the train and bus stations and only 10 minutes from both the Cathedral and Gonzalez Byass bodegas.

I spent a weekend in Jerez and if it weren't for the hotel everything would have been fantastic, the room was in ruins, the doors were awful with paint stains, the windows were large and without shutters, the bathroom was pitiful, the hairdryer was just for show, the worst of all was that we arrived at 6:00 pm to rest and the room was not made, we had to bring our own towels, the reception was full of complaints every time we passed by and in the dining room everyone was talking about how bad the rooms were. The guys at reception and the breakfast guys are the same, very friendly and attentive. WE WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND IT.

The images they sell do not correspond to the real rooms. Dirty room and bathroom, but not dirty from one time because it has not been cleaned, but from many times and lack of maintenance (lime everywhere, disgusting taps from not being cleaned, broken lamps, mould everywhere, cream caps from the previous visit on the floor, as well as hair (buns of hair), dust, a lighter too and a disgusting smell in the room of tobacco mixed with a tropical air freshener from Mercadona). I went to bed and I felt nauseous, UNBEARABLE.

I would like to highly recommend this hotel as it was the best option we found on our entire trip through Spain. We paid just over 30E for a clean, comfortable room, very well located and it also included a good breakfast for two people....I really recommend it, and I am happy to write this review to support your suggestion....thank you!!

hotel de 3 estrellas regaladas, hay pensiones con más lujo. Habitacion 122 vieja, con olor a humedad, sucia, mesitas quemadas de los cigarros, un solo enchufe en la habitación, toallas tiradas en la bañera (a ver quién las utiliza....) papelera sin vaciar de los anteriores ocupantes, en un cajón del escritorio un quemador de cocina (a saber eso que hacía ahi) .....bufete escasisimo en el desayuno....las mesas cubiertas con un plástico transparente (mi tatarabuela así lo tenía en su casa) en fin lo único bueno ubicación si quieres estar en el centro en 2 minutos. Aparcamiento no hay, a 200 mtrs hay un subterráneo.
