No face hotel , difficult to contact via WhatsApp . The room was too dark .

the hotel is very spacious, service was normal. No front desk for registration, everything is helped through WhatsApp’s app, even for check in.

There’s no face to face check-in counter, you have to make a phone call to get your room key password. But it’s really nice room and location in Jeju.

It was very clean ! Staff also very kind and friendly

Withstay hotel is one big apartment that turn into hotel. Location is good in the downtown area. Just basic hotel with good location.

The hotel is sharing rooms with With Hotel! Which is ok but check-in process is a little bit annoying. Room is ok but can see dust. Not that much though.

The room is very big and comfortable, and the price is super cheap. You can go shopping nearby. What I like most about the room is that the bathroom, shower and toilet are separate.

There was a self-service check-in machine, but I presented my passport at the front desk and was given a form by the staff. I was told that I could enter the room using a keyless entry system and a pin number. I rented a car and stayed here, but there were about 8 cars parked in front of the hotel, and there was a multi-storey parking lot behind the hotel. If you leave your car with the staff, they will let you in and out. However, the staff is there from 7:30 AM to around 10:30 PM, and you cannot enter or exit the parking lot at other times. The room was spacious and there was no bathtub, but the shower and toilet were separate. There was daily cleaning, towels replenished, and two bottles of water replenished. Unfortunately, although there was a window in the room, you could only see the building next door, so I wanted to see the city, and there was always hair on the floor of the toilet. There were three elevators, so there was no problem. The hotel was in the city center, so it was a great location for shopping and eating. I would like to use this again if I stay on Jeju Island.

The hotel is very close to the city, and it is very convenient for traveling, shopping and eating. The room is relatively quiet and clean. The equipment is indeed relatively old, but considering the price, it is very cost-effective.

The service was also good. It was conveniently located in the middle of the city :) And it was nice that they even gave me a bottle opener!

1) I used the mechanical parking lot around 8pm on September 11th. The manager, who looked to be in his 50s or 60s, spoke so in a way that I couldn't even understand what he was saying, so when I asked him again, he suddenly got annoyed and spoke as if he was ignoring me. The manager also got annoyed and embarrassed the family that went with him. If you don't know, shouldn't you ask? Did I ask for 100? And when I asked if I had to put the car in the tower myself, he sarcastically said, "If you can, try putting it in yourself. Is that normal?" Is it okay for a traveler who came in a rental car to be ignored? If you're going to treat people badly and get annoyed, don't do your job. Don't ruin other people's feelings. After a pleasant trip, I had dinner and came back to my accommodation, but I felt really bad before I even got into my room. I think the first time is important for everything, but this hotel was not great from the start. 2) I went into my room feeling bad from the parking lot, and when I heard a strange noise from the air conditioner, I requested a room change. I was guided to the desk, and when the staff came to check, I asked if I could use the fan. It was a humid and hot day because it was raining, so I said no, but why are you asking this..? You changed the room, but you had a room to change to, so did you just ask me to use it?.. 3) It was disappointing that there was no lock in the room, so I could come in at any time with just the master key. The staff member who came to the room briefly went out to the hallway to talk to the desk because of the air conditioner problem, and then opened the room door with the master key and came back in. After seeing that, I was a little worried about security, so I opened the bathroom door before going to bed and blocked the entrance. 4) There were 3 sets of slippers, and one set had a strange brown liquid(?) on it. I washed it with water and used it, and when I went to bed, there was a similar liquid on the bottom of the bed, which made me feel uncomfortable. I will never use this hotel again.

It's close and good because it's 15 minutes by bus from the airport. I think it's a great value for money accommodation. Self-check-in was also convenient. However, it was a shame that there were no toothbrushes or shower towels.
