The worst hotel I’ve ever been. Room was so dirty. And after 3 days of cleaning, they didn’t clean the floor. And the worst thing was the service of the front desk. The man’s attitude in the front desk was awful.

good location. We can walk to bus stop, duty free shop and bbq pork restaurant within 10 minutes. The sakura outside our hotel is beautiful. We enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Horrible experience, not recommend for anyone to try this hotel. When I first get into the room. There are at least 5 flying bugs sleeping on my bed. The wall is dirty. No tooth brush and toothpaste provided. Air con is too loud.

plenty of parking in basement carpark. Room is nice and clean, shower heats up fast. However, toilet not fully enclosed: shower and toilet and sink are separate. There are glass doors for toilet and shower and sink is outside the toilet. the glass doors for shower and toilet are not full length and not fully opaque: the top is open and only the middle part of the glass door is opaque. The bed is quite big, king size. there is a dressing table with big mirror.

Good location walking distance to the pedestrian night market. Chill up

Even though the area wasn't super busy, it was still close enough to the shopping street and duty-free shops, which was handy. It was also quiet at night, so we could sleep well. The room was clean and a good size, with a huge double bed that was perfect for couples. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They helped us a lot, like getting back things we left at another hotel and printing papers for us. We really appreciated their help. Overall, I would definitely think about staying at this hotel again in the future.

Good location surrounded by several convenience stores and restaurants. Hotel the one was close enough to the airport but not too close where you're surrounded by airport traffic!

Clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and good bathroom. Also beds are very comfortable. But the linen sometimes was worn-out. What I didn't like: no table and chairs, no wardrobe, air conditioner either didn't work or very hard to understand settings.

Was very suprised to find out that the ‘bed’ was just a quilt on the floor. I thought we would at least be provided some kind of matress. Hotel location was good and would stay again choosing a room with an actual bed.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It’s walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. My only wish would be to adjust the A/C myself and not rely on ‘ central heating’, if it weren’t for the windows, my room would have been a sauna… But overall nice hotel.
