Hotels with Jacuzzi in Bangkok

"Facilities were complete, but the room's blinds weren't very good at blocking out light. I was woken up by the sun around 7 AM. Cleanliness: Very clean. Housekeeping came to tidy up every day. The water quality was excellent; I used a filtered shower head and noticed it barely got dirty. I spent most of my time at the hotel and ordered room service for several meals. The prices weren't expensive, but the food tasted very mediocre, almost like it was pre-made. Other than that, everything else was good."

"Be warned!— there is another cross vibe and it is in Sukhumvit. I first got to the sukhumvit one just to be informed that I wasnt checked in there but instead in the Srinakarin one. I had to take a grab taxi to get to the actual hotel. When I got there and got into my room, it wasnt what it looked like in the photos- what I saw was old and small, no bathtub (one of the primary reasons I booked the hotel room). When I talked to the front desk about it, they explained that all rooms dont have bathtubs except for the jacuzzi room, contrary to what was posted on their Agoda account. Good thing they upgraded my room. Now my experience elevated much better. They have a fitness center and a pool, but the pool was under renovation when I got there. The fitness center was old and run down- it was previously a jacuzzi room I think. It was too stuffy in there- I was trying to open the window for more air but it is stuck by design I guess. When you use the lift equipments, the weight gets stuck midway because of rust or maybe lack of oil so you cant really use it. At least they have a set of dumbbells and they also have a bench press. Good thing I didnt have to delve there because they have a sister hotel a few blocks away 10mins walk— good pre workout cardio. They have much better equipment and the pool was operational. This walking to another hotel to workout is not ideal tho if it s raining. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was delicious. They change menu everyday so there would be variety. If your lucky, you get to have the green curry and korean chicken(my faves). Hotel is old but manageable. Few blocks away from train station yellow line—sister hotel is literally next to the station. Far from the city center but nearer to the airport. Tip: If you take the train from the airport, it is the second stop. That airport train link station and the yellow line station shares the same name but are not connected; you have to go down from the station, walk several meters and cross some trail tracks to get to it."

"Good location- 5mins walk to T21 and Asoke BTS.  Location is a strong plus — about a 5-minute walk to Terminal 21 and the Asoke BTS, which made getting around very convenient. However, my overall stay was not very pleasant. On my third night, I experienced multiple large bites and severe rashes, and eventually discovered and caught a bedbug in the room. This was quite distressing. The room was also extremely noisy. I could hear frequent banging of car doors from the drop-off area, as well as noise from outside the room throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and moved me to a premium room in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve significantly, as I still encountered mosquitoes in the new room. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the staff were very warm, hospitable, and genuinely tried their best to make me comfortable despite the situation."

"I stayed at Valia Hotel Bangkok from 22nd May to 29th May, and I was so impressed that I decided to extend my stay for another 7 nights. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and all the staff spoke very good English, which made everything easy—especially since this was my first time in Bangkok. The room rates were very reasonable for the quality offered. I stayed in a King Suite with a city view, and the room was spacious, modern, and truly luxurious. The bathroom was especially beautiful and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning, and the hotel also offers convenient in-room dining services. The hotel facilities were great as well, including a swimming pool, an event area, and a gym available for use. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the Valia Hotel management and team for such a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok."

"I enjoyed my stay at S15. The staff were friendly and supportive. The hotel is close to BTS Asok, Terminal 21, a night market and Korea town (which has some nice restaurants). During my stay I also enjoyed a great massage at the hotel. The only thing I would ask to improve is the room service. You receive information about food available for order to your room but when I called to order a snack they only had salad available which was unfortunate."

"We chose this hotel for our honeymoon! The service was absolutely excellent 👍🏻. Not only did they upgrade our room, but we also received beautiful decorations and desserts. This was our second stay here! The location is convenient, and the breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommend! (They also have portable luggage scales that can be borrowed for your room, or you can inquire at the lobby's front desk for a larger scale. This is super helpful for packing!)"

"Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their patience and politeness. We arrived around 10 PM Bangkok time, but the staff were incredibly polite and helpful with their explanations – the service was truly outstanding. The room had a bathtub, but the decor felt quite dated. Overall, it seems more suited for business travelers, and the room itself was spacious enough. The pool is on the 9th floor; you need to take the elevator to the 8th floor and then walk up to the 9th. The pool isn't very deep, and there's a shower in the corner for rinsing off. It was quite clean. This is an honest review."

"Wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised that the breakfast eggs included eggs royale and eggs benedict. The noodles station changed daily and I looked forward to breakfast. The afternoon tea station at the lobby restaurant was complimentary and very innovative. Reception was very reachable by phone call as well. They accommodated my request to receive deliveries of large flower bouquets and they were also very sweet to decorate the room for us. They also allowed for late checkout of an hour due to our our later flight. The water given was clean and the bathrobes, towels, toothbrush, and other toiletries were of good quality. Location is a little tricky as the hotel is relatively new and the Grab (rideshare) pin stops you near the hospital. Its fine when we were going around the city. But during entry and departure with our luggage it was rather troublesome. Only not giving it the full 5 stars for all categories for 2 things: 1. Picture of room in the app and online is quite different from the actual room, to the point I had to clarify with reception what type of room I had been given. The toilet and shower were separated into 2 glass rooms. The toilet/shower was not in a different room but just a step away from the sleeping area and fully visible in the room. I had the same experience in a different hotel in Thailand which was why I made sure to check the photos before booking. This was why I was shocked by what I got. 2. There was a blackout which only affected our block of apartments. We were panicked and headed to the reception in our bathrobes while everyone was having Christmas dinners. The reception was calm and said they were aware of the blackout and engineer was looking into it. There was an awkward long pause. We finally said ”okay? We'll go back to the room?” And then we walked back to the room and sat in the dark till the lights came on. But a manager did come over after a while frantic and checking in on us so we felt heaps better. Overall will recommend this hotel and just be aware the rooms layout includes the shower and WC in full view of all in the room."
