Very near to Kansai International Airport. Hotel provides a good service for KIX shuttle bus even at the very early morning 5:30am. Recommended for those need to take the early morning flight at Kansai.

The hotel location is good bcoz its a walking distance from the train. Plus the hotel provides free shuttle going to KIA. Thanks to the lady hotel staff who provided our needs- electric iron, sanitary kit, and others. She speak english well. Overall, our stay is so wonderful and memorable.

A nice business hotel. There’s free shuttle to the airport. Staff were very welcoming and unlike most of hotels in Japan, they have English speaking staff which makes it more convenient. Room is clean and big compared to typical hotels in Japan. All in all, a great hotel.

Spacious room but the dark carpet is quite dirty with some marks there. I really enjoyed the view from my room throughout the day.

Very spacious family room. Shuttle Bus to Kansai Airport is free. Service is great overall.

Convenient location for overnight stay to catch the next day morning connecting flight. Provided simple breakfast which serves the need to fill the hunger.

The environment was very good, the rooms were very clean and the staff were super nice. Received a free upgrade and enjoyed the room very much!
