Really enjoyed my stay there. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We even extented our stay there, and the hotel is situated in a convenient area where u can easily catch the tram and go to the city center.

The hotel is nice, the restaurant has a great view in the morning, but it's a little hard to find. We found the back door, and the check-in person took us there. We stayed there for one night and then set off. So we chose a room facing the city, with a big staircase and close to the big elevator.

The room is very clean. The Aegean Sea is outside the window. The scenery is beautiful. It is also very close to the clock tower, about ten minutes' walk. There are not many places to eat around, basically pizza and hamburgers.

Since the trip was only in Izmir, we did not select hotels, but chose this hotel on the coastline. The overall impression of hotels in southern Turkey was that they were generally expensive and of varying quality. The hotel was separated from the sea by a highway, which was not a good feeling; the hotel parking spaces were very tight, claiming that only 6 parking spaces were reserved in the public area, so if you wanted to park, you must confirm with the hotel (the part-time front desk was very friendly), and we finally parked on a very crowded street behind the hotel; the hotel did not have any public areas, and the interior decoration of the rooms was similar to that of Ziroom 7 Days in China.

The hotel is in a very good location facing the Aegean Sea, with convenient transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the tram T2 station. The hotel facilities are new, clean and tidy, and the hotel service staff is also very friendly. It was originally a pleasant stay for 2 days, but due to the irresponsible front desk staff, we almost missed the train. We checked out at 9 am the next day and prepared to go to the train station to take the 10 o'clock train to Selcuk. Looking at the map, the train station is 5 kilometers away from the hotel, and I thought it would be more than enough to reserve 1 hour. I showed the train ticket to the front desk and asked them to help call a taxi. After a while, the car came. The hotel staff and the driver were very familiar with each other. They told the driver our destination in Turkish. We got on the car at ease and didn't pay attention to the direction of the car at first. After driving for 10 minutes, we suddenly found that the driver drove the opposite route to the train station, so we urgently notified the driver that he drove the wrong way. We spoke English first, but he didn't understand. We showed him the map and the train ticket, and he was also confused. He gestured for a long time, meaning that the hotel called him to tell him to go to the bus station. After a long time of tossing, it was already 9:20, and it was nearly 10 kilometers away from the train station. In a hurry, I found out that there was a tram nearby that could take me to the train station, so I quickly paid 200 liras to get off the tram. After getting on tram T2, thanks to the help and guidance of enthusiastic passengers, I caught the train to Selcuk 3 minutes before it departed.

I made a reservation through Trip.com, but had a problem when I checked out because the payment hadn't been made. The Trip.com staff dealt with the problem right away, but I was in a hurry because my flight was approaching. It was difficult to enter and exit the parking lot.

The hotel is located by the sea, 10 minutes walk from public transportation. The overall facilities are very good for Izmir, but the price/performance ratio is not high. The bedding can be better at this price, or there can be carpets.

The service is good. It's near the sea. Remember to ask for a room near the sea.

The WiFi didn't work properly for a single day during the four-day stay. This was the most painful thing. The air conditioner was also very old, and the temperature was either too high or too low. Parking was also very inconvenient after check-in, and you had to go a long way around and ask someone to open the door.

The room is relatively small and the surrounding environment is not very good. Although I booked a sea view room, there is a main street in front of me, and vehicles shuttle around 24 hours a day. The noise and air pollution are serious, and the sound insulation effect is not good. In addition, at four o'clock in the morning, the neighbor next door suddenly played dance music at a loud volume. He shouted loudly and knocked on the door to stop it, and then continued playing for a while. Very disruptive to rest. The hotel staff was friendly and prompt. There are not many shops and restaurants near the hotel, and you need to take the light rail two stops away from the city.

Very nice hotel, newly renovated, the handsome guy at the front desk and the logistics guy are really nice! My car had a flat tire, they helped me change the spare tire under the scorching sun, called me to the tire repair place, and helped me fix the tire smoothly. The room is not big, but clean, with a sea view. There is a shopping mall not far from the hotel, the oldest elevator, very convenient
