The hotel is in a great location, very close to the station, the Teddy Bear Museum, Omuroyama and Kinosaki Coast. The hotel is very cozy, the room is large, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, a surprise! The children lingered and will come again.

We immediately left and checked out on the second day and asked for a refund of the third day's fee. The boss said that because the hotel is located in nature, it is not the hotel's fault. After many negotiations during the subsequent journey, the boss agreed to refund the fee. But our journey has been seriously affected, and it has also brought serious psychological shadow to us.

The hotel is new and clean. It is very close to Izu-Kogen Station. A taxi only costs 860JP. You can communicate in English, which is great. It is recommended that three or five families go together to make it more lively because it is quieter.

This hotel has inconvenient transportation and the room is relatively large in Japan. The important thing to say is service! From the beginning to the end, he is an elderly man with a fierce attitude. One person opened the room and cooked breakfast alone. Too much dissatisfaction. You have to carry your luggage yourself and there is no elevator. A perfect farmhouse.

The bath area was for private use, but it was spacious enough for us to use with our children. It would have been nice if they provided yukatas for children. The accommodation fee was reasonable, so we would like to use it again if we have the opportunity.
