Great little hotel for a weekend.
Service and facilities are excellent.
Breakfasts were better than in all the options around. Don't look for them, better go to breakfast at the hotel - the same menemen, pastries, vegetables, fruits, cheeses and everything that is included in any Turkish breakfast)
The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white, the plumbing is in good condition and there is good water pressure.
The only thing to keep in mind is that if you go on your own, you will have to walk on the cobblestones with your suitcases. It is better to take a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back (compare prices on different services), we regretted that we went from the port ourselves and got a lot of strange unnecessary experience))
The room was OK, the service was average, the room was not cleaned up in time after breakfast, and I almost used a fork that someone else had used.
The room facilities were dusty and looked like they had not been cleaned.
Amazing pool/spa facilities. In total there were 5 different pool areas. Adult only pool in the spa. The room was spacious and very large. Hotel staff were very accommodating and could speak English well. The breakfast was an amazing selection of choice. Best we have had in a Turkish hotel so far.
Tired hotel. Spacious rooms, but small bathrooms. There are three buildings, you need to watch where you are - you won't go to the spa in a robe. Breakfasts seem varied, but for some reason not tasty((
Clean, reception staff are hospitable

Breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff and all very friendly and helpful. This was my second stay here and I knew my way around but for first timers figuring out the public transport options may take a while.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Excellent location, 5 min walk from Hagia Sophia. The breakfast venue has an amazing sunrise sea view. Hotel is very new amenities and has an old Turkish style theme.
For a hotel located that near Sultanahmet, is very quiet. No noise or roudy crowds near the hotel.
Breakfast is huge with so many options. The staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help out. Front desk gave me a recommendation list of places to visit.
Will definitely stay there again during my next visit.
The only thing I wish it had is that they had Turkish coffee included in the breakfast.

BBrandinjeThat hotel was next level for the price it justifies for the every penny in a city like istanbul this hotel is a small paradise for the money you pay.
GGuest UserThe room is huge and clean service apartment style with kitchen and living room that is more than enough space for 3 of us. Walking distance to metro is 5 mins. Metro to city center I 1 hour and you need to change train 2 time. Overall it is good for traveler that has a big family and has more time to travel into city center.
