Amazing pool/spa facilities. In total there were 5 different pool areas. Adult only pool in the spa. The room was spacious and very large. Hotel staff were very accommodating and could speak English well. The breakfast was an amazing selection of choice. Best we have had in a Turkish hotel so far.
The hotel is in a good location, the lobby is clean and tidy, the front desk is warm, the breakfast is very good, the overall stay is great, I will consider staying at the hotel next time, a very pleasant journey.

Very nice hotel steps away from main pedestrian road of Istanbul leading to Taksim square.
Restaurant for breakfast considerably poor as capacity and variety of good.
Rooms medium small.
Bath has several things to be fixed.
Lobby has nice place for meeting, for relax, with bar and terrace.
All considering good hotel.

Great little hotel for a weekend.
Service and facilities are excellent.
Breakfasts were better than in all the options around. Don't look for them, better go to breakfast at the hotel - the same menemen, pastries, vegetables, fruits, cheeses and everything that is included in any Turkish breakfast)
The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white, the plumbing is in good condition and there is good water pressure.
The only thing to keep in mind is that if you go on your own, you will have to walk on the cobblestones with your suitcases. It is better to take a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back (compare prices on different services), we regretted that we went from the port ourselves and got a lot of strange unnecessary experience))

The location is excellent. It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to the European old town attractions. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset. There is a local barbecue at the door. It is also five minutes to walk to the food street. The room is small but it is quiet and clean overall. The waiters are very enthusiastic. They help with luggage and explain the facilities. The cleaning lady is also very attentive. If you are visiting the old town, you can stay in this area.
The hotel looked after us very well.
It was thoroughly cleaned every day and every wish was fulfilled.
The location is great. You can reach Taksim Beşiktaş or Galatasaray by bus without changing. The bus stop is directly opposite the hotel.
I would recommend a visit to the hotel.
It’s 8th visit to Istanbul and my third stay at this hotel, which in high quality standard, location is just perfect, historic attractions are at waking distance and also restaurants and famous grand bazaar
The hotel is beautiful..a home atmosphere..the freedom of applications like Trendyol is appealing..we would like to stay again..thank you ❤️

MMel JenGreat location, good reception service. Delicious breakfast and service at breakfast. But Hamam and massage service manager was useless and not friendly. Hamam was very cold and after a massage we were asked to use a cold Hamam which really killed the experience as we were freezing. Not worth the money.

QQunfengThe room is very good, the only drawback is that the bed is too small, it seems to be 80cm. I didn't expect such a good hotel bed to be so small. The location is a bit remote. The breakfast is also a bit less than other hotels.
