Mercure Hotels in Istanbul

Hello Enjoyed our stay, just some noise reaching the room, the window doesn't close properly, so there's a very disturbing noise coming from outside.

We had a good stay. The hotel is within walking distance to most historical landmarks, and generally well connected. Breakfast as very good. The room was, however, fairly small.

This hotel is located central to everything, walking distance to the shopping mall, not far from Kadikoy if you love shopping. Its just a taxi ride away from everything. If you want hospitality & service at its best you should choose this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for long stays.

We booked for 7 days, and the lobby manager upgraded us to a large room, which was cleaned every day. The service staff also provided parking, and it was close to the commercial street, making shopping very convenient.

This room is small, but the biggest advantage is that it is close to the company. It is very convenient to walk more than 100 meters to the company! There is less food around this place.

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.
