good vibes nice weather a lot of tourist here but food is good too

Claimed they had a gym, there’s 1 machine and 1 rower in there. Room is very small. Seaviews are nice. Exhausting uphill walk every day to get anywhere. There’s a subway rail right next to hotel so you hear the train every time it passes. A lot of problems with the room, toilet running, shower drain clogged, just call them on WhatsApp and they’ll come up quickly to fix it.

Great hotel with a fantastic location in old town. Walkable distance to most major tourist cities. Very clean and high end feel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. And the food at the restaurant also quite tasty. The only drawn back was that our room even though technically on the second floor , it was still ground level, and right next to the main door. So late at night with the wall a bit thin we keep getting woken up by people coming in and out. Otherwise we would highly recommend this hotel.

The surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise, with an array of great restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Plus, the easy access to the tram makes exploring the city a breeze. The hotel itself is a gem. My room was not only beautifully appointed but also boasted a stunning sea view that added a special touch to our family stay. Waking up to the serene vista of the sea was truly a highlight. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made our stay with toddlers smooth and enjoyable. However, what really sets Mula Hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was not just professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. Their constant smiles and readiness to assist at any hour truly made me feel valued and taken care of. From getting a bottle of water in the middle of the night to personal touches like waiters remembering my omelette preferences after just one day - every detail was noticed and appreciated. I must give special mentions to Ercan at the restaurant and Ilknur at the front desk. Their outstanding service and personal attention significantly enhanced my stay. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. In conclusion, Mula Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination that offers a memorable experience. Whether it’s the prime location, the beautiful rooms, the delicious food, or the unparalleled service, this hotel ticks all the boxes for an exceptional stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, especially those traveling with family.

Not bad, good location, right next to the church in the old town, Citywalk is very convenient. The room is small, but clean. I was just shopping, and my needs were basically met. The price is a bit expensive.

This hotel can't be ranked second among Istanbul's luxury hotels, right? I don't know how you rated it second? It's not worth more than 2,000 yuan. I went out for a trip and wanted to store my luggage, but they didn't allow me to do so. I'm speechless.

My favorite hotel during the entire trip to Turkey, with a great location, exquisite decoration, neat and clean, reasonable layout, beautiful scenery, very thoughtful service, and good breakfast. I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

The room is comfortable, the facilities are relatively new, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and they actively provide us with useful travel information, order dinner, and order taxis, and they are very patient. The location is excellent, and the mosque can be reached in a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient to take the tram from the small square next to the mosque. If I must give some constructive suggestions, it is that we were arranged in the room behind the public bar area. Outside the window are guests walking around drinking beer and enjoying the cool air. Seeing that other guests have their own private balconies, I am really disappointed. I don’t know if it is because other guests have specifically made requests. This trip has a vague feeling that Chinese guests are not as picky as foreigners. They don’t make many requirements for room types and views, so hotels often assign us the worst room types and conditions of the same price. This happened in all three hotels on this trip to Turkey. Remember: make requests in the remarks when booking a room, the more specific the better. Even if they cannot be met one by one, the hotel will know that you are a demanding guest and dare not neglect you

Initially, we chose this hotel because we were traveling with three girls and the room type was suitable! It gave me a big surprise! The hotel is very new, the food is delicious, the location is excellent, and the view outside the balcony is beautiful!!! The old town district has a different view at every step! It is within walking distance to T1 station, so convenient!!

Although the hotel is not big, the room is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The waiter is very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is also good. It is close to the sea. The air is fresh and pleasant. It is also convenient to travel.
