The hotel customer service was excellent especialy the manager, Azat. He was extremely helpful, hospitable and very kind person. In my entire turkey trip he was the only exceptional person i came across. All the staff at the hotel were friendly. The hotel location is few steps away from the train mamaray station. I would book again in the same hotel should i visit istanbul again.

Excellent hotel staff, Azat at reception was the most kind, the hotel rooms size were small but it suffices as close proximity to the train station and value for price.

The hotel is very close to Sirkeci station. It is very convenient to visit the main attractions, including the Sultanahmet and Blue Mosque. You can take the tram for only 2 stations. You can also walk to the ferry pier to talk a ride on the ferry. The hotel room is small but with most of the things you need. The breakfast is with some cheese, sauces and bread.

There was a mix up between Trip.com and ******* regarding a free breakfast. I was impressed that the staff provided a free breakfast anyway, which was very good. The hotel location was great.

Great location and the room is compact enough for two. The stuff asked me whether I need cleaning or not that seemed weird for me. All the rest was good 👍

If you don't mind the small size of the room and bathroom, as well as the Spartan breakfast (not in the buffet format), then I definitely recommend this hotel to you. It has a great location near the Galata Bridge, very friendly staff, a nice rooftop terrace where you can drink beer and sit with your snacks overlooking the Bosphorus. It is very important that they organized an early check-in for us for free, after a difficult overnight flight.

The location is great, right by Sirkeci/Marmaray Station. The rooms are very small but still perfectly fine. The bathroom doors are noisy when opened and closed, and you can hear them from the neighbors, too. They don't seal properly, so almost the entire bathroom and the floor get wet. Some of the wardrobe drawers were also broken, so we couldn't really use it. Otherwise, there's not much to complain about for the price, and it's perfectly fine for sleeping.

The hotel has a great location in Sirkeci, with the train you can reach Taksim/Besiktas very quickly and Sultanahmet is only a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious, staff was also polite. Value for money is great.

Номер просто крошечный. Двери в санузлах очень сильно изношены и плохо двигаются в горизонтальной плоскости, слив в душе засорен, вода перетекала за стекло. Также у нас в номер захаживали муравьи. Завтраки однообразные. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветливый

the hotel has a very good location in Serkici Istanbul, while the rooms and bathroom are very small, the breakfast is poor, while is service is good. the roof in which had the best view was not maintained

It was very good, I have never seen such a clean business in my life, the staff is very polite, they have endless suggestions and activities for us and they contribute to having fun outside at a very affordable price. It is very good in terms of price, do not look at its stars, it is very good, the rooms are spacious, I mean it is not even a competitor of the normal hotels in its surroundings, its location is good, it is comfortable, the price is good and it is very close to places like Hagia Sophia and it is a place where you can socialize, with love.
