Good location, well appointed hotel with friendly staff and great sized rooms.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. There are many cafes near the hotel, such as Burger King, Popeyes, and Starbucks. The subway is not far away, so it is convenient to get around.

The location is nice, the staff is polite and attentive. The prices are reasonable.

It was my first time to go to Istanbul. I was full of expectations but was completely disappointed by the services and facilities of this hotel. As soon as you enter the room, you can smell the smell coming from the toilet at the door. And the craziest thing is that the air conditioner actually blows warm air. From calling at night to complaining in person the next morning, I spoke many times, but the result was no improvement at all. The service staff throughout the hotel really just write blank checks and never take it seriously.

I stay here every year on business trips, but this time I feel the service is not as good as before

Good rooms, good location, good service

Vehicle valet service was much higher than the stated amount. There was a problem in this sense, but then I showed the amount specified on the site and paid according to this amount, and the problem was solved.
