It was a good hotel, staff is very nice. Location is not petfect, just fine

Air conditioning system was not working properly. View out of my window was just awful. Like a favela. Location very bad also i would say that its unsafe to stay there.

The price/performance ratio is very high. I had a very happy stay. The service staff was patient and could communicate in English. The room was quite large, the sanitary conditions were very good, it was very close to Maxim Square, and the breakfast was also acceptable.

The hotel is not big, but the hygiene is OK. The breakfast is also OK. The French fries and eggs taste good. The front desk was very gentlemanly and welcoming. Overall it is recommended.

The location is not good. There is garbage everywhere in the factory area. There are no supermarkets/restaurants. It feels unsafe to go back to the hotel at night. The hotel facilities are older, but the room feels spacious. It feels good to stay there.

Very very kind staff,warm welcoming, rooms were clean and spacious,breakfast had all you needed very clean and tasty,its close to taksim but if you go by walking it will be tiring due to the high inclining of streets. Spa is not so big and some times sauna wont heat enough,other than this I d highly recommend this hotel ✔️ Me and my family loved it and we went there many times.

Hotel may be listed as a four star but in fact facilities I would suggest more of a 3 star. The rooms were clean, with mini bar and balcony. Bathroom clean and updated with shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. Towels clean, fluffy and fresh. Location might be a bit sketchy but taxis readily available and hotel not too far from Taksim Views from balcony not the best and only 1 English TV channel. No plug sockets by the bedside so not possible to charge phones etc.. next to you. Hotel is clean, affordable and quiet. You will hear the call to prayer as mosque is a street away however this didn’t bother us at all The staff at this establishment are exceptional They make up for the little minor hiccups in the room. They will go above and beyond to help you and make your stay as memorable as possible. Omer and Denya are outstanding. They deserve a promotion and pay rise as they go above and beyond to help you.

This hotel is disgusting! avoid at all costs! broken shower taps, ants in the room, no plugs next to the bed, extortionate mini bar prices! electricity went on a night so had to walk up 5 floors! very dirty and disgusting! Filthy and staff can’t do any thing, they say the boss doesn’t change!

no silent at all I can listen noise very well from the other room, Very dirty and small bathroom : broken toilet, black dust in shower booth, mirror is not clean at all and too old, room’s interior are very dirty and black color even they clean every day, shoes mark in blanket, yellow color pillow, clean staff forgot the their thing, inside chair very dirty, hairdry machine is working but broken the line, room’s edge is so terrible, under the room bar also very dirty, view is very poor and very noisy because of near the car center. To. the other guest who want to stay this terrible place : they don’t no what is clean and I m sure they can not see what is dirty and no thinking about How to better. I strongly recomend, No reserve this hotel !!!, It is not necessary to have this kind of terrible experience. otherwise you will suffer a lot I m sure.

The photos of Dencity is the best thing about the hotel - they advertised soundproof rooms - what a joke. This is one of the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in - the street noise goes on day and night - people are allowed to smoke in their room and the air conditioner spreads the smoke to all rooms. The room stunk of dampness and mould. The choice of breakfast items was poor. For the money choose somewhere else.

The hotel is located about 10–15 mins by walk to the city centre, The room is clean and big enough for 2 people, breakfast was just OK, room cleaning is good, and the service staff at the welcome desk is so kind, I think his name is Omer. The towel is clean, and water pressure is good, Airport pickup is available with the cost.
