Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. At check-in, the receptionist gave us a smaller room than we had booked but promised an upgrade the next day. Unfortunately, the next day, we were told the upgrade wasn't possible. The rest of the experience was basic, with very low water pressure in the shower. Overall, not a stay I would recommend..

Very comfortable stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Unexpectedly, I was impressed by the kitchen. There was an electric kettle and we enjoyed coffee and tea. There was also a microwave, so it was easy to heat up a meal in the evening. The bedding was soft and comfortable. And most importantly, the showers were nice! The showers in this hotel are the warmest in Turkey. The owners are very caring and easy to contact if you need anything. The Grand Bazaar is close by and was a fun place to shop. There is also a supermarket nearby. I wish I could have stayed in this hotel more often. I would use this hotel again! Thank you very much.

The hotel staff was very friendly, because the night before the hotel was full can not early checkin, sat for a while, talked for a while to take a break, felt good, outside the hotel five minutes from the main street, in the middle of many good affordable restaurants, one of which is a fish restaurant very affordable

Excellent in everything, highly recommended

The location of the apartment is very convenient, right in the old town and within walking distance from the Sofia Mosque, as well as other major attractions in Istanbul. The apartment is clean and the facilities are adequate. The street where the apartment is located doesn't look like much, and the facade is too inconspicuous, but it gets much better once you enter.

Very good place, really clean large rooms even sofa bed. Clean toilets they have cooker microwave fridge. Really good value for money. Central and close to alot of sights/landmarks and transport links. The staff are friendly and very trustworthy always willing to help out. Cleaning is very thorough and everyday.

Its a really nice place to stay near the grand baazar and many other shops around. The price also is very affordable. The management are very welcomingand they can also arrange tours and other activities during your stay for you . I highly recommend!

We were three friends and the experience was unbeatable. The location is excellent, 100 meters from the Grand Bazaar. Very good treatment. The manager helped us with everything. The room was equipped with heating, refrigerator, microwave. Very good experience. We will be back
