INCREDIBLE place. My partner and I fell in love with Istanbul and Louis Rooms played its part. They use WhatsApp to provide pretty much 24/7 support. We asked advice around tourist hotspots, restaurant recommendations and taxi booking. All their tips were excellent! The decor of the room was lovely and the bed was exactly the hardness I enjoy! The views from the balcony take in the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Magical!

This was my first time solo traveling and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even helped me with some ideas for a day out, including restaurant recommendations. At some point a restaurant nearby refused to let me use my Mastercard and I didn’t have cash, the hotel helped me out. They helped me book my cab to the airport too. I can’t stress enough how much I love this hotel. All the pictures were taken from around that area. I walked to the tower and these surroundings almost every day. They also gave me a transportation card so I could use the tram to go to other parts of the city.

A hotel with a very nice design and fresh renovation. Princess room, (without cigarette aroma). The room has everything: slippers, hats, cosmetics, very good, delicious-smelling soap, a bathrobe, towels with gold embroidery, a hairdryer with a nozzle, which I really didn’t use because... one of the guests ruined it. The floor is laminate, the bathroom is small, but everything is perfectly organized in it, the shower is tropical and flexible. There is no Russian TV. The location is ideal for Istiklal shopping street. Not on the street itself, but very close. Near the hotel there is cool graffiti with photos, a cozy wine bar with small tables for an aperitif, a Careful gourme supermarket 700 meters away, go down to the right and Galataport plus a tram stop, the Taksim metro station is also close, maybe 800 meters. A very customer-oriented hotel: a welcome drink, a complimentary bottle of wine and a coffee or drink upon check out. I was traveling alone and the hotel was perfect for me. I reduced a point for the lack of a kettle with tea and coffee (free), only a coffee machine with capsules for 2 euros. And the most important thing: the simplest rooms overlook 2 bars; on Friday and Saturday there are discos. The music seems to be in the next room, but until 2 o'clock. It is better to take rooms overlooking the garden, but they are more expensive. Those who are interested in dancing can go to one of the bars under the windows, they had fun, they danced to Turkish disco hits. For breakfast: I can recommend the bar on Istiklal Midpoint (bar on the 2nd floor overlooking the Bosphorus) and Parole.

I like the garden view outside the small balcony and the comfort of the morning sun shining on the roof. The interior decoration is very new and the bed is very comfortable~ The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to Independence Street~

一個非常不起眼的門頭，進入的時候忐忑不安，心想不會踩雷吧，沒想到進到房間真的太驚喜了，房間不算大不算小，但是很精緻，還送了歡迎紅酒，前台也是很熱情很有禮貌。地理位置也不錯，靠近獨立大街！！

Маленький , стильный , уютный отель! Понравилось все! Отель прекрасен до мелочей, персонал вежливый и очень приветливый! С балкончика вид на улочки и Босфор! У моего друга был день рождения, когда мы вернулись в отель нас ждал сюрприз ! Торт со свечами ! Это было очень здорово ! Большое спасибо! Всем рекомендую этот отель! И обязательно вернёмся !

Lovely little hotel in a very convenient location. Service from the staff was excellent and they really can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean and tidy and well appointed with safe, fridge and bathroom amenities. 5 minute walk to Istiklal street and 8 minute walk downhill to Tophane where you can get a tram on the T1 line. Although the walk back from that stop is all uphill. 15 minute walk to Galata Tower. Our room was 5th floor at rear of building. We had lovely views and was quiet. Front of hotel view will be the street and could be a little noisy as there is a bar right outside. Only a couple of criticisms is that we only had 1 English speaking tv channel. Not a huge problem I know but we like to have it on in the background when getting ready or to catch up on news. The other is that you have to pay 2 euro for a nespresso coffee pod if you want a coffee in your room. I thought this was a a little bit tight to be honest. Having said that I would happily stay again and would recommend. Big thumbs up for staff and location.

No words, this is definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Istanbul. We’ve stayed in this hotel twice, every staying was so smooth and beyond our expectations. Hotel is very beautiful, small but a safe place, the access to the lobby is only by key cards so this prevents any random person from unexpected visiting. Nice and comfortable rooms, modern interior, mattress and bed were so cozy, it was really nice to sleep on this bed. Every time our room stayed clean and full of necessary amenities thanks to daily housekeeping. Great location but if you want to avoid outside noises from the bar you should take the side view and higher floor. Staff deserves all the good words, front desk receptionists were always helpful, friendly and ready to assist you whenever you need or order a taxi for you with a good price, also all of them could easily speak English so communication went so well. I’ve never seen such an incredible service from the front desk and excellent level of hospitality. Especially many thanks to Hakan from the front desk who made our staying so special and memorable, only good impressions stayed about Istanbul and this hotel. We had a new reservation with changing room type and Hakan really helped us with changing the room right away without any waiting!! Next time I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

After an.extensive search of trying to find the perfect hotel, I finally did! I'm so glad to have stayed here on our first visit to Isranbul. The location is fabulous, rooms are clean and the over all vibe just made us feel at home. We landed up extending an extra night. The team at Louis is exceptionally kind and ever ready to help. I can't end my review without a special mention to Simay, she was so lovely which made it hard for us to leave. Not only did she ensure that we faced no issues but she willingly helped us plan our itinerary. We travelled the coast of Turkey but our best stay was at Louis Rooms. A big thank you to the entire team and especially Simay. Hope to be back soon.

Absolutely fabulous. 100/100 *'s. Check in smooth, check out smooth. Staff amazing, they can can speak English very well & very helpful! Amenities, exactly what you need. Very clean. Ask for balcony (not street view). Location, amazing, lots of bars and cafes, short walk to Istiklal Street and very close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Galata Port. Close to public transportation.Hotel opened 1 year ago, they have screens outside for dnd and room service. Felt like home away from home and very safe. Will come back over and over again, highly recommended.

This place is amazing. Very clean, new and comfortable rooms. Fantastic location and the view from the terrace. The staff at the reception was very helpfull and frendly. Highly recommend this place! We are definitely coming back next time we are in Istanbul 🙂

Awesome city stay at Louis Rooms Super-friendly staff, comfy rooms, and a great vibe. Perfect location for exploring the city. Highly recommend for a convenient and enjoyable experience. Plus, they have a good coffee service.

My stay at Louis Rooms was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is located in a very central part of Istanbul with easy access to Istiklal street and Galata Tower. Also, the metro is just right down the street, which was great to get to the old city side of Istanbul. The room itself is a bit small for two people, but the hospitality and view from the balcony is absolutely worth the sacrifice in space. I could see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia from my balcony! Our room was in the back, so it was blissfully quiet. Another perk: one of the highest rated turkish bath houses is walking distance from the hotel...Kilic Ali Pasa Hamami. The entire staff at Louis Rooms was top tier. They were always eager to help and greeted us with a smile. Thanks Öznur! I would definitely stay here again.
