Very bad management. Booked 2 nights but due to unexpected medical issues we couldn't attend our booking so I requested to have at least money for one night back but they refused. Very disappointed.

Mediocre hotel and does not respect the reservations of its customers, I booked a double room 25m2 view of the city I had a very small room without a window and when I complained through trip.com I was given another room of the same size with a skylight of 30cm × 20cm of the foutes, the noise in the corridors no soundproofing the cigarette smoke enters the rooms, water leak in the bathroom the smell of mold and humidity opens the room I do not recommend this hotel and I will never set foot in it again I resorted to my stay and left the hotel before the end of my redervation

First I got a room without a window even though I booked a view of the inner courtyard. The furniture was partly broken and water was leaking out of the minibar...then I got another room with a window that was maybe 50x50 cm...the walls are unfortunately very thin and there is an opening of at least 10 cm under the door so you can hear absolutely everything...I cannot recommend this hotel and would never book it again...

I came to Turkey for surgery and booked this hotel a day before the surgery, and for 3 days, after it to my departure. Apart from location, nothing was fine with this place. This definitely is not 4* hotel, the room I was given was size of single with double bed in alcove, NO WINDOW. Everything was tired and dirty, even the picture on the wall was on one side. Total joke, I complained they gave me a bigger room with a window, here where become interesting... the window actually is facing internal housekeeping storage in the corridor, really? I had a few hours to sleep as I needed to get up at 4 am to go to the hospital. I asked for a wake-up call, I didn't get it, but it doesn't matter as I couldn't sleep from noise anyway. I also couldn't stop the water after shower. There was no way to back here after my surgery. I cancelled all the rest of the bookings and moved to a neighbourhood hotel. Management must review and take seriously my comment. This is not Turkish hospitality.
