In a word, a barn. We arrived to check in, they took us to some other place, complete unsanitary conditions, mold, everything is smoke-filled. The toilet is dirty, everything is dirty, the door is wooden, it has a key, and does not close. There is no manager as such. We did not stay there, we shot a video for the site, but neither the site nor the hotel, in quotes, returned our money. This is a stupid scam, do not book here at all. Complete disregard from both the manager and the site. On this site, many objects simply DO NOT EXIST IN REALITY... They ruined my vacation...

It is very suitable for our family of three to live here. The house is more than 60 square meters, you can cook, and the heating is also very warm. To be precise, this is not a hotel but an apartment suite

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing and Poor Service We booked a 3-night stay at Sultanahmet Suites in Istanbul, expecting a 4-star experience, but the reality was far from acceptable. The hotel has grossly misrepresented itself online, especially on Google, using outdated and misleading images that show a modern building and attractive terrace views. In truth, the property is old, poorly maintained, and not suitable for a comfortable stay, particularly for families. From the very first night, basic amenities failed. The water heater didn’t work, and the AC was blowing hot air. We had to call the manager, Huseyin Emiroglu, at midnight, which was frustrating but necessary. Shockingly, the same issues repeated every single day, leaving us unable to sleep properly or even take a proper shower during our entire stay. To make things worse, the manager was rude and dismissive, blaming us for calling too often instead of addressing the root problems. The staff were unprofessional and visibly irritated whenever we sought help, making our experience stressful and unpleasant. Additionally, the rooms were dirty, smelly, and poorly cleaned, which only added to the discomfort. Even worse, the main door lock was broken, compromising the safety of our family throughout the stay. Sadly, this horrible booking was arranged by Travel Tycoon agency (Booking Ref: 82083) as part of our Turkey trip, which added to the disappointment. Given the misleading information, lack of basic hospitality, and serious cleanliness and safety concerns, we cannot recommend Sultanahmet Suites to any traveler.

What a great hotel and absolutely fantastic service. Fatih, Huseyn and Serhat were all great. Treat me and my family exceptionally well. Can’t complain one bit. The rooms were 5star and the service was 5 star too. Kids loves it here and didn’t want to go home. Will definitely be coming back here to this hotel again. Avoid, dishonest and cheaters, I made a reservation with booking absolute disaster they give options on check in that they do not respect and they steal your money. Be careful with the reservation and read the contents carefully because then they do not want to know anything.

Excellent location in the central Sultanahmet district just ten minutes walk from the main attractions of Istanbul including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Air-conditioned room, clean and basic

Como ubicación inmejorable ideal para moverse a pie a todos los sitios . Huseyin desde el primer momento intento ayudarnos en nuestras dudas principalmente con el idioma , muy servicial resolviendo cualquier imprevisto. La habitación súper bonita, grande y limpia , todo funcionaba a la perfección. Una pega, el desayuno deja un poco que desear.

Wir waren vor etwa 2 Wochen in diesem Hotel. Meine Familie, meine Kinder und ich hatten einen Kurzurlaub, aber wir waren mit dem Hotel wirklich zufrieden. Das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal sind wirklich außergewöhnlich und wir werden diesen Ort wieder wählen, wenn wir wieder in die Türkei kommen. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall unserer Familie, Verwandten und Freunden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Darüber hinaus werden abends Erfrischungen aufs Zimmer serviert. Im historischen Halbinselgebiet und direkt unterhalb des Hotels befindet sich ein großes Reisebüro. In der gesamten Türkei werden zahlreiche unterhaltsame Aktivitäten, Touren und Transfers organisiert. Da unser Urlaub kurz war, konnten wir nicht alle Vorteile nutzen. Allein der Manager, Hüseyin Bey, hat uns bei der Bursa-Tour sehr geholfen und wir möchten ihm ganz besonders danken.
