The room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and it is very convenient to travel to major attractions. There are many restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about eating. Great👍

Good location, good service attitude, and very cost-effective! The shower was not good. On the first day, there was water all over the floor. Later, I had to wash it with the shower head by hand.

We booked this hotel online for a one week stay from Jan 3 to Jan 9, 2025. We got an email one week later asking us to cancel our booking because the hotel will not be able to honour it. I asked why, and I got some BS excuse that they have not set availability and prices for 2025. I noticed later that they made the same room available for a lot more money.

The hotel is located in the area of Sultanahmet, all the main monuments are very easily accessible. The owners are really friendly, welcoming and willing to give you all the information and advice you need for your visit. Unfortunately, our double room was not very comfortable: it was very small and, as it was located on the top floor of the structure (similar to an attic), there was not much air circulation; although it had a small terrace on the roof, it was not easy to open the door/window because of the bad smells coming from the nearby restaurants.

We booked over a month ahead for a family of 5. It was listed in the Lonely Planet so we trusted it. However ＜48 hours before our stay we received an unapologetic cancellation via email. The reason given was that the family room wasn't big enough, contrary to the website which allowed us to book the family room for 5. This could've been picked up earlier on in the month, rather than last minute, at which point we were unable to find an alternative accommodation with 3 children in such a central location of Istanbul. The owner offered us an alternative accommodation in the hotel next to door, but at an additional rate of ＞33% of the original price. We had no option but to accept. This alternative placement was completely unacceptable for 5 people, however, that is a different business. It felt slightly like a set-up/con. I can not recommend this for large groups due to the risk of last minute cancellation. Not trustworthy.

Besides Istanbul, this small hotel has definitely won a place in my heart! Very close to the main attractions and the seafront. The staff is nothing short of friendly and helpful. They manage to make you feel at home and make you appreciate the wonders of this city even more! Super breakfast! personally prepared every morning by a delightful guy. Clean and very cozy room. New sheets and towels every day! All this, at a bargain price! Never stayed so good!!!

One of the most beautiful hotels, and this is the second visit. The first was with my wife, the month of your brother Nasser Al-Banaqi from Saudi Arabia, honey in 2019, and now with friends we got good hospitality, reception and cleanliness.

Ideal location in the old town. The hotel is charming and we were lucky enough to have a small terrace overlooking the sea. The owner is very helpful as well as Katy who welcomed us every morning at breakfast in French. We had a great time.
