Very good! The hotel staff is very friendly, the front desk can communicate in English fluently, and the hotel restaurant is also great! Breakfast and dinner are both ok!! There are also cats on the terrace of the restaurant

A very good hotel, (just don't know why Turkish hotels are so expensive this year). The location is in a relatively high-end shopping street, which is safe and convenient. Rich breakfast. The room is large and has a bathtub. The fruit plate and desserts sent are also real.

The location of the hotel is good, the scenery is very good, the back is the high-end shopping street, facing the park, you can see the strait, the staff is very friendly, the sanitation is good, the room is very big, it is convenient to go anywhere

Exotic features, outstanding location

From the moment I called to make a reservation, the experience at St. Regis Istanbul was nothing short of delightful. Mr. Ozan, who assisted with the booking, was warm, accommodating, and offered us some excellent options that suited our needs perfectly. Upon arrival, the exceptional service continued. Mr. Emre greeted us with genuine hospitality and made sure we were well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, tastefully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity a guest could need for a comfortable experience. A special mention goes to Furkan from room service, who kindly arranged a late breakfast for us—one of those thoughtful gestures that truly elevate a stay. Another highlight is the hotel’s fantastic location—just a short stroll from the stylish shops and cafés of Nişantaşı. It’s this combination of excellent service, comfort, and location that makes a stay unforgettable.

I travel a lot for business as well as for pleasure. The luxury that I experienced at St Regis Istanbul, is one of the top levels I ever experienced. Great location in a quiet residencial area, and just 10 min with cab to downtown. Most of the staff knew/used my name whenever I meet them in the hotel. The Butler service is very efficient and always helpful and more then willing to assist. Now to the food: It was worth visiting Istanbul, just for St Regis kitchen. Besides the generous breakfast, I had one lunch and two dinner at their Brasserie. The taste-sensation by each course that was served, was something extraordinary. A true top notch cuisine. The Chef himself, often came out to make sure the food was to my liking. And there was nothing that they could not prepare or serve. When I ordered the tenderloin to be medium-well, "but slightly more to the medium..."; the kitchen ensured that the exact temperature of the meat was served on my plate. All in all; it was worth an extra trip to Istanbul, just to stay at the St Regis.

The entire team at St. Regis Istanbul went above and beyond delivering an outstanding guest experience for my early 53rd Birthday celebration trip to Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to arrival I informed the guest team Aystel and Süleyman Tezcan Bağrıyanık Butler Service Desk Agent the purpose of my visit. They requested childhood to adulthood photos. I provided them. I also requested to use the soaking pool upon arrival due to the extended flight time leading to my time in Istanbul. When I checked in on Friday, 1/24, as a Titanium member, Emre, greeted me with warmth and a welcoming experience. Emre arranged a change in the pool soak time, breakfast, and had me escorted to my room. Entering the room, I was met with the beautiful birthday celebration items from a heart shaped cake, which was delicious, and the photos of me, progressing from childhood to adulthood. There was an array of snacks all beautifully decorated. I felt special and seen. During my stay your staff were generous with directions, attending to my every request from Rema in Dining, to Arnold, the Dining team, and Omar. Upon departure, a gentleman presented me with a gift, please forgive me for not saying his name correctly. I know it matters to name all staff, but not naming them doesn't mean they were less important. The entire staff team delivers a caring, warm, welcome experience for me as a guest. The room was relaxing, beautiful. Each day returning to the room the turn down service relaxed me. Having water, slippers, and of course chocolate was an excellent way to end the day. Did you know they have music playing to soothe guest upon entry as a part of the turn down service? I did not know. One evening i was asked if I wanted tea service? I said yes, of course. The tea was rich either way flowers. After steeping the tea was refreshing, amazing. I cannot say Thank You enough for the legendary customer service delivered to me during my stay at the St. Regis Istanbul. When I return to Istanbul, my loyalty will be to the St. Regis for my stay.

Top notch service and exquisite hotel This is one of the best hotels I stayed at. Breakfast was amazing. Butler service was on point. Top area near the wonderland fair. Very peaceful and quiet hotel. All round excellent. Highly recommended.

My preferred hotel when visiting Istanbul, Turkey, is the St. Regis Istanbul. I have stayed there twice, and each visit has been consistently positive. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the location is very convenient. The hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood with designer shopping nearby. The check-in desk staff were very accommodating and attentive to our requests, which made the arrival process smooth and pleasant. During our stay, I enjoyed contemporary Turkish breakfasts served by a friendly and helpful staff member, Berke. I also appreciated the Oriental Hammam (Turkish bath) service at the hotel spa, where the therapist provided excellent care.

I thought I died and went to heaven. This is easily the best hotel I have ever been In. The butler service was a great addition. You can not move 3 feet without some One asking you if you need anything. The breakfast is spectacular. Every aspect of the hotel is perfect Or pretty damn close. The only down side is the location . is not central

My husband and I stayed at this St Regis coming off a cruise. We were worn out and the hotel was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. it was a quiet haven in the midst of a busy city (in an upscale part of town). We arrived in the morning and were surprised that they accommodated us in an upgraded suite immediately! The suite itself was beautiful- with an amazing view and balcony. They also did a great job of recognizing my marriott status. What blew me away was the level of service provided! Emre, the front office supervisor, checked us in and made EVERY effort to make sure our stay was perfect. Everyone on staff that we encountered was extremely helpful. The dinner we ordered for room service was excellent as was the amazing breakfast the next morning. I was sorry we did not have time to use one the private heated pools - but they looked very inviting.

The St Regis Istanbul delivered an an absolutely perfect experience. From arrival and check in, to departure, the experience of staying here was flawless. The hotel is beautiful, and it’s in a perfect spot to get anywhere, but have a relaxing and peaceful place to come back to after a day of being out and about in Istanbul. The staff is kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The attention to detail was perfect, and the food was excellent. I have nothing but great things to say about staying here, and look forward to returning!

Excellent luxurious experience! Traveled for business and had my family as well travelling with me. At arrival in the airport we had transportation arranged and everything went smooth. Welcomed at the door by all porters and valet, everyone was smiling and using our names, was very nice, felts like we are visiting friends. We had our first encounter with our butler Zeynep, which was very friendly and accommodating, they even placed special amenities for us every day, we loved all small touches: from the small bee made from chocolate to the coziness of the room, the balcony spacious enough and many more luxurious elements. Breakfast is a must, they do it traditional Turkish way, very tasty and fresh. Attended an event at the property and it was wonderfully executed, the team there jumping to help at any occasion, delicious food and superb surprises along the way. It was a true luxurious experience and it was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful property! Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable! Thank you St Regis Istanbul!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel room was spacious, very clean and luxurious. From the bedding and towels to the comp toiletries provided for during our stay, all were very nice. The Turkish breakfast provided is also worth a mention, it was incredible, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. All the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. A special mention to Aknur, Omer, Sevim, Nilgun and Rima who really went above and beyond for us, they are a credit to the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and if we come back to Istanbul this would be where we would stay again. Also to mention, the hotel location itself is exceptional.
