Good location , but breakfast is expensive , cost EUR25 per one for one day

Superb value! Centrally located hotel - walking distance to trams and attractions. The only downside is that we were assigned a room that’s different from the expected room type (the window type in the 3rd photo)

Good clean service not bad

Through out my staying in the hotel for 6 days we were facing problems with elevator to 3rd floor particularly in block 3 Although every day complaining and using stairs but there was lack of response to fix the problems

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating especially towards babies.They helped with any questions we asked. The rooms were perfect and clean. The size of the room was very good as well. Close to tram station and only 15 minute walk to Hagia Sophia etc. Excellent choices for breakfast as well.

It’s the best location to walk to all historic places and we loved our stay. Of course hotel is a bit old, but it’s good choice for this price.

We got to the hotel after midnight and was told that the room is flooded and no other room available for now. We were sent to a different hotel and told that they would have a room for us in the morning. They sent us from Crowne Plaza to Ramada (an outrageous downgrade). We slept a few hours at Ramada and checked out and returned to the front desk of Crowne Plaza. The lady at the front desk told us that there were still no room for us and we had to go back to the Ramada again. We told her we would like to speak to her manager, and she said she is the manager. I told her that the arrangement is not acceptable. Finally, she said that a room would be available in 20 minutes. What a ridiculous experience!

Good location, really is old city there near every thing, good stuff and helpful, speak English And I feel every day have meetings in hole there 😂😂 But nice Thanks for help there and i used the clup house there is nice and have soft drink and coffee and some snacks

Good place. Good service. Small room. Good food nearby. At the heart of the old town. Good for staying alone.

Only had a one night stay, but will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go back to Istanbul. Location is convenient to the Grand Bazaar and many stores and restaurants nearby. Very good service, big hotel, comfortable rooms, lots of amenities.

Positives Early check in allowed 3 minute walk to tram stop 3 tram stations away to sultanamet 5 minute walk to metro station Smiling staff Restaurants and shopping are 5 minute walk from hotel For seniors like us, we return to the hotel by tram after lunch, take a nap then go to tourist spots again at 4pm ang return to the hotel by tram afte r 9pm. Very minimal walking There is a kebab shop accross the road from the hotel that serves the best chicken kebab in Istanbul. The kebab shop sells freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. Negatives None
