There are limited staff here and always queuing.  For the ATV Bike tour, the arrangement is very bad and all people need to follow one line and drive very slowly and very boring.  The store and restaurants are closed very early and very very expensive for everything. The dolphins feeding is too many people waiting and only meet dolphins for 10 seconds.

Dolphin Island is my favorite, no doubt about it. Every time I try a different room type, I feel the same good. From the terminal, you can take a taxi directly to the pier, take the hotel's ferry directly to the island, and the wonderful island vacation begins. This time I stayed in an apartment building, a 4-story sea view room, lying on the bed to watch the sunset and feel the sea breeze, it was invincible. Get up early every day to hike, soak in the swimming pool, go swimming and snorkeling in the sea, and watch dolphins every night. Eat ice cream every day, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and there are various island activities.

Don't book from Ctrip (room allocation is very bad) book from the official website!

The hotel has no internet and is particularly dishonest. We contacted Trip.com to report the problem but they didn't solve it. They said they had solved it. We booked a room for two days and stayed for one day. We also understand why some people commented that this hotel cannot be booked on Trip.com. We booked the farthest, highest (stairs), no sea view room. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to check out and eat. In addition, the refrigerator in the room kept ringing.

The staff are very friendly. The bathroom has plenty of water and is hot, making washing a pleasure. However, there is no replacement service for bath towels. Because the humidity in the room is a bit high, it is troublesome to dry them. You have to go to the laundry room to wash and dry them yourself. You can use the washing machine for free, and the dryer is AUD 3 a time.

The scenery on the island is a big shot casually, and the hotel facilities are more like domestic guest houses. Get over it for this scenery. The staff are very welcoming but there is nothing to eat.

No breakfast The hotel is better than expected. After all, I originally went there with the expectation of a Chinese guest house. Of course, there is no service at all. The surrounding environment of the hotel is relatively original

Be sure to choose a room with a view of the sea. You can watch the sunset from the room, which is beautiful.
