We able to early check in because the room was ready. Rooms: The highlight for me was the view from my room—overlooking the bustling city. The rooms were quiet, ensuring a good night’s rest. Facilities: The hotel features a beautiful outdoor pool with great views, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I also had the chance to visit the fitness center, which was well-equipped. I think this hotel is very good,The receptionist and the administrator are also very friendly.Except for the night of the 25th, there was a woman at the front desk wearing glasses was very rude.Because my family didn't understand some things and made mistakes.The front desk clerk blamed loudly, and no one knew why she did that.

Very Strategic location to have many access to a lot of places by walking distances. Easy to get to anywhere as its located in the central of the Penang island, lots of good food and local hawkers can be easily access from the hotel location. have great view of the Komtar tower and the city of light, beautiful and stunning. although its a refurbished building, but it has been very well kept and maintained. Maybe the facility floor of the swimming pool and the bar, might have rooms for improvement. The swimming pool looks very old, despite the taste of infinity pool, doesnt match the 4stars hotel standard, and the bar looks like a local bar with no proper standard. We shall look into the standard of St Giles is other states or country.

Overall the hotel very convenient either you drive or walk around. Surrounding easy to get food. I’m extend n extend for 3 times this hotel. Nice view too

Super good view from the room and delicious breakfast. I enjoyed the night, but this round, I rated 3 for cleanliness because there was tomato on the floor and ants inside the room. I support the idea of being eco-friendly, but housekeeping is important, especially after checkout from previous customers.

We love the hotel. Spacious room. Warm and friendly staff. Free drinks and popcorn at the lobby. Convenient location. Near to the Georgetown heritage area. Excellent breakfast. Large variety.

Check in was smooth, high floor non-smoking room automatically arranged as i was returned customer. Greeted enthusiastically by the front staff. Food at breakfast was comprehensive. Car park system best, totally fuzz free. Entertainment partners also easily located within premises, no need to travel elsewhere and risk getting caught for drink driving.

We stay for dinner event here. The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff and services was great. I enjoyed the breakfast also.

My first time staying here in St. Giles Wembley Penang. The location is great. Rooms are ok. Breakfast is good.

Wife and I started developing rashes after day 1. We don’t think it’s bed bugs but the bed sheets may not have been cleaned thoroughly. Hotel environment was overall okay.

The location of this hotel is great....directly opposite a couple of malls, the public transport hub in Komtar, several nearby restaurants. You are around a 10 minute walk to the historical parts of Georgetown, or just jump on one of the buses in Komtar (The CAT bus leaving from stop 9 is free and does a circuit of most of Old Georgetown). Great view (We were on the 20th floor), comfortable bed, bathtub etc. Generally clean. Super friendly staff. The downsides are that the rooms are in major need of refurbishment. Old and tired looking, decades old furniture, walls all scratched and scuffed. 1980s style decor. Still a good deal to stay here, but perhaps don't expect you are getting a 4 star place....maybe in 2015 it was.
