I had a great stay at this hotel! The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The location is excellent—just a short walk to public transportation, including Merter Metro Station and Zeytinburnu Metro Station, with the Metrobus conveniently located next to the Metro Station. There's also a supermarket right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring the room was cleaned every day. While the food options were somewhat limited, the overall experience was pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and cleanliness.
Throughout my stay, the hotel provided commendable service. Their daily buffet breakfast was delightful. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite distant from the central tourist spots. Fortunately, there's a nearby light rail, although it takes about half an hour to reach the city center and nearly two hours to get to the airport. On a positive note, the hotel is complemented by a beautiful stretch of ancient city walls, which adds to the overall charm of the location.

⭐️ As always, the service was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us on every level.
⭐️ The room was perfect and exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed, and it was promptly cleaned daily.
⭐️ Buffet was filled with a good variety of fresh, delicious foods.
⭐️ The location is great, not too noisy but central. We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants from the hotel.
⭐️ The hotel has a modern and gym and nice workspaces in the lobby.

The staff had lost our clothes and refused to take any accountability and even went as far as not allowing me to take my own jacket back, they blamed us for not giving the room number for the jacket but we never asked them to do our laundry - the front desk receptionist Gokem was constantly raising his voice at us and telling us to leave after we told him that we were getting late for our flight. Extremely horrible service for a 4 star hotel and the doors do not fully lock.
This hotel would be great if it had a pool. Hotel room included a relatively tasty breakfast. Hotel was clean The only problem with that hotel is that it takes 4 hours to get the air conditioner at the correct temperature. Ask for two keys and leave one in the keypad by the door because otherwise your air conditioner doesn't stay on when you're gone and that room gets bloody hot. Like the stuff they were helpful I thought the room was very tidy. I have no complaints about the hotel except for the fact that there's nothing by there except for the SAW airport. Lots of surrounding restaurants I've stayed here a couple times when I've had morning flights out of SAW airport
I recently had a booking at this hotel but fell seriously ill and was unable to travel. Despite providing a medical certificate, the hotel refused to reschedule my stay, even though I did
not ask for a cancellation, only a postponement. Given the price I paid, I expected a little more understanding and flexibility. Unfortunately, their lack of customer care left a very negative impression. I often travel through Istanbul and had planned to stay here regularly, but after this experience I will choose another hotel in the future.
Similar to the Four Seasons in China, the rooms are a bit older, and the price is about 100 euros. Located in a residential area, it is quiet and acceptable for business trips that do not pursue luxury. The barbecue restaurant next to the hotel is good, and it is full of locals every night. The pancakes are delicious! I guess I chose to stay in this hotel three times because of this pancake.
