Very satisfied with the trip, the environment is beautiful and the service is good.

It was friendly and had a nice atmosphere Breakfast was good at 8am, but I think it would have been better if it was a little earlier for me.

This is my third time in Isfahan. I stayed in Abbas before. Abbas is also very unique. It was magnificent and stunning when I came in 2015, but it has been a bit desolate in 19 years. I think this hotel is very cost-effective. The room is very small, and the bathroom is the smallest I have ever stayed in. You have to sit on the toilet with your face against the wall. The front desk staff is not very good. They will tell you directly that they don’t have change. The cleaning lady will ask you for money directly. The overall feeling is very unpleasant. The restaurant is not delicious. But the hotel is conveniently located and suitable for visiting the bazaar. The hotel environment is also quite exquisite, with small fish in the pool.

I really enjoyed staying at this guest house. The rooms are good and spacious. Refrigerator, hair dryer and washing accessories, complete set. The breakfasts are super and in a very authentic place. And the girls who work at the reception are the most important decoration of this guest house. They helped us with all our questions and were very nice and hospitable. Beauty will save the world))

It is a very traditional Iranian hotel. It is said that the hotel is more like a homestay. I was on a business trip to Isfahan for a day, and I booked it because the price was cheap. Unexpectedly, the environment and facilities are very good. The garden in the courtyard is very beautiful, and the fountain is lit every day There is cleaning, and the service staff speaks good English. When checking out, I asked the front desk to help call a car. The price is also very cheap. I recommend everyone to stay and experience Iranian characteristics

The room is very small and stuffy and not breathable. The bathroom facilities are not very good. The breakfast is better. I can only say one thing about the service.

Bad place, rude staff, never stay

Overall is good, service is also very good. Just one point, the hotel has limited ability to buy train/bus tickets! When you arrive in Isfahan on the first day, go to the station to get your ticket. The name of the bus station is Kaveh Terminal. all is OK, except booking train/bus ticket. I advise you, go to Kaveh Terminal bus station buy ticket by yourself, As soon as possible.

Older hotel

Very nice hotel at the heart of Isfahan. Beautiful architecture and top-notch service, I appreciate the kindness of Shayan and the rest of the team. I truly recommend the restaurant as well, the food was tastier and the service was warmer than many of the other traditional restaurants we visited.

The best English speaking and well trained staff we met in Iran. This is a wonderful place from its historical setting. But it's also service-wise excellent. We only late discovered the quality of the food for dinner. And the prices are reasonable. A MUST stay when in Isfahan and interested in a traditional setting.

The hotel is so beautiful and nicely decorated. and was clean. The service was good and people were attentive. The food was also very good. the location was very close to the main plaza but the car access is a little hard. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

We spend 4 nights in this beautiful hotel, it has a great location, inside the bazar and is in walking distance to the major sightseeing attractions in Isfahan. The room was cozy, and the benches around the charming patio with a little pool invites you to rest and enjoy the tranquility. The restaurant offers an interesting selection and variety for the breakfast bufet and has service all day long. The extraordinary staff was very friendly and helpful and special thanks to beautiful Fatimah and Farosz, the manager.
