When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. The room is very practical and comfortable too.... quite central for one to be able to go out for a walk, it has squares and supermarkets nearby as well... quite safe when arriving at night and quiet, you can't hear the noise from the street

We liked the place as the staff was very friendly, very central location, very clean, good breakfasts. What we didn't like was the bathroom that was too small, the bed lacked the top sheet. The room was a little small but did the job.

Truly the worst IBIS I have ever been to. Extremely small room, mattresses for children, arms and feet cannot fit. The toilet goes directly to the room and without being able to sit with the door closed because your knees touch against it. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. There are other much superior hotels for the same value.
