Near to Kinta River walk & my favorite to do my exercises Good breakfast Clean room Walking to many foods street

Great value stay. Clean and well-maintained with friendly, efficient staff. Convenient location with lots of food options nearby. Basement parking with CCTV and a guard felt secure. Free breakfast and a lobby vending machine were nice extras.

The overall stay was okay, as the hotel was clean. However, the noise levels were quite disruptive. The air conditioning in the room was noisy. Our room was on the second floor, and we were unsure of the activity on the third floor. Unfortunately, the noise persisted throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot water in the shower was only lukewarm, which made for a chilly morning shower. The constant sounds from the third floor were far from peaceful. On the positive side, the hotel's location was excellent, and the basement offered ample parking. The breakfast was also quite delicious. Need to pay a deposit of RM50 at the hotel, but it can only be paid using cash.

Room is what you pay for the price. I will consider a good deal. Basic amenities. Near to few food places.

This hotel is a good hotel to stay they have a small fan inside the room which is rare nowadays and also aircond which can make your room colder. Bed quite good but the space quite limited if you have a big lugage u might need more space which room i staying at cannot offer because the space really limited (im not joking) and their bathroom can occupied one person but i love the mirror which separate the toilet and shower area ... besides their room service employee quit nice i did ask for more tissue towel and they hands me along the bottle water as i did not request for room make up so i had no complaint about that .. and i love their basement parking which u can enter your floor directly from the parking area .. they also serve a very good breakfast i really love their phrata and dhal gravy .. one thing that i would like to highlighted is their check in time STRICTLY 3.00PM !!! I arrived at their hotel around 245pm and ask for early check in but they did not consider that which is a little bit why im not satisfied😌and consider this area at night time more yunniang/ahkua around😂be careful because they also staying at this hotel but no worries they did not disturb others (i think so) unless u really good looking men🤣ahh last but not least at Sunday they have flea market infront of the hotel and this hotel is walkable to Kinta Riverwalk where you should try Miker Pizza really goodddd !!!btw thank you for accomodate me might be coming back again !

I booked a room with window. It comes with a queen-sized bed. The room is rather small as compared to what was illustrated in the photo, so if you a few luggage then it might be inconvenient.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all kind of travellers. This is especially suitable for those who are on business sales trip. Great value comfy sizable room comes with delicious breakfast. Basement parking is indeed a great amenities. The lift from the parking goes straight to your rooms. So after checked in, you don't have to go to the lobby again. The breakfast is really commendable. I did not expect it to have so many choices to choose from. All of them were delicious. I will come back again

Small room but comfortable bed. No space for luggage to open. Good location. Friendly and helpful reception.

Love this place as is near to every where . I found out where the market is and i go  exploring it.

Value for money accommodation, central location. Windows in most rooms blocked by exterior cladding. Hence no views. About 7 square metres room with ensuite bathroom, large spacious corridor though. 8-storey building with a restaurant serving complimentary breakfast which is a value for money deal! Quite a good spread of local food. Very good location within walking distance to the old Ipoh town with plenty of eateries, shops and museums. Love the reputable Ho Yan Hor museum whose founder created the Chinese medical/herbal teas in the 1950's.

The cleanliness of the room need to improve. Room keeping is no provided and feeling itch when sleep on bed

the air cond was not functioning well. very hot. cannot sleep whole night. The location quite okay. The staff were very friendly. I love the breakfast, a lot of variety to choose.
