Just we would like to give you improve about some cleaning because a lot of dust in the room makes us cough because of dust and winter should have some hotel slippers in the room. "This property is very close to everything. Staff are kind & helpful, easy check in & check out. Clean, comfy bed with modern bathroom however the floor quite slippery when wet it needs bathroom rail it's risky & dangerous to fall which is safety & health issues I hope the management will look into this matter. Other than that, my stay was pleasant & consider to stay here again in my future trips. I highly recommend to travellers to stay in this hotel."

"The stay was small as I only needed it for one night, but the room itself was also quite small. The room had a single bed on wheels that would move very freely whenever I tried to sit down on it. The bathroom, however, was the most surprising as it was way too small, even for just myself. I noticed the toilet was rather close to the sink, so I tried to sit on the toilet and I physically could not do it because the sink was in the way of my legs. I had to walk sideways into the shower to use it and water was shooting very fast at the wall opposite, so showering was tricky. There is also a lift / elevator that is currently out of commission and pears to being repaired, yet the sign for the other lift appears not to be installed correctly. This is quite the disappointment for a Best Western hotel and the discounted cost of $90 was still too much to pay for what I received. I would possibly tolerate paying $60 - $70 per night for a room like that (at regular price) just because of the location and literally nothing else, but it is not worth the regular cost of well over $100 per night and there are less expensive hotels nearby that provide bigger and better rooms."

"I have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling."

"Was a great location. Tram stop right out front. Didn't use the facilities (pool, sauna, gym) but checked them out. All look good. Unfortunately the pool is outside and not heated. Room was a little smaller than expected from pictures but was perfect for what we needed."

"Booked this for my parents because I stayed there before. Would highly recommend this place. Going back to the hotel feels like home. The room (more like a studio or one bedroom apartment) was very spacious and you can treat it like a short-term stay as the room had everything you need. You can watch tv, cook and even do your laundry, all within the confines of your very spacious living space."

"Hotel Review – Ibis Central Rating: 3.75/5 I recently stayed at Ibis Central and overall had a pleasant experience. Location: The location is definitely a highlight—conveniently situated next to a major shopping center, which made exploring and grabbing essentials super easy. Room: The room was clean and comfortable, with an interesting layout where the sink is placed inside the bedroom instead of the bathroom. We were kindly placed on the 18th floor, which offered great views—shoutout to the reception team for that. Service: Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. However, communication with housekeeping was a bit of a challenge due to the language barrier, especially when we tried to request extra blankets and pillows. It would’ve been better to ask directly at the front desk. Amenities: Something to keep in mind—there were no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided, so be sure to bring your own. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options, though it stayed the same each day. The standout feature was the make-your-own juice station, which was a nice touch.
