"This property is very close to everything. Staff are kind & helpful, easy check in & check out. Clean, comfy bed with modern bathroom however the floor quite slippery when wet it needs bathroom rail it's risky & dangerous to fall which is safety & health issues I hope the management will look into this matter. Other than that, my stay was pleasant & consider to stay here again in my future trips. I highly recommend to travellers to stay in this hotel."

"Our overnight stay was awesome, with a baby. Good service and an ambience feel like home. We went for a 4-hour journey, and we arrived very much early due to consideration. They allowed us to check in since my baby was a bit tired and grumpy, My husband and I were so grateful for that. Thank you very much. A place to reco and diffidently will check in again soon."

"Great location. Right in the heart of the city. If you like to walk it takes 15-20 minutes to get to everything in the city. Staff are very helpful and polite. Access to washing machine and dryer for 5 dollars. Also gym has decent cardio equipment and cable machine plus free weights. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Will definitely recommend."

Just we would like to give you improve about some cleaning because a lot of dust in the room makes us cough because of dust and winter should have some hotel slippers in the room. "Was a great location. Tram stop right out front. Didn't use the facilities (pool, sauna, gym) but checked them out. All look good. Unfortunately the pool is outside and not heated. Room was a little smaller than expected from pictures but was perfect for what we needed."

Location: The location is definitely a highlight—conveniently situated next to a major shopping center, which made exploring and grabbing essentials super easy. Room: The room was clean and comfortable, with an interesting layout where the sink is placed inside the bedroom instead of the bathroom. We were kindly placed on the 18th floor, which offered great views—shoutout to the reception team for that. Service: Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. However, communication with housekeeping was a bit of a challenge due to the language barrier, especially when we tried to request extra blankets and pillows. It would’ve been better to ask directly at the front desk. Amenities: Something to keep in mind—there were no complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided, so be sure to bring your own. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options, though it stayed the same each day. The standout feature was the make-your-own juice station, which was a nice touch. Final Thoughts: Overall, a solid stay with a few minor inconveniences. With some improvements in guest amenities and communication, this place could easily push closer to a 5."

"We had an amazing stay at Quest Flemington Central. Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The kitchen was packed with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all plates, bowls, cups or cutlery we could need. Washer and dryer as well as a balcony, it really was a lovely room, we were very happy! The pool was heated and the roof top view was gorgeous, it was very relaxing and great for a morning or late night dip. Staff were very respectful and accommodating."

"Good hotel just in the epicentre of Melbourne city life. Spacious room, daily cleaning, online chek in and out, free tram stop nearby. Tea/coffee and kettle in the room. Comfortable beds. Gym and pool on 6th floor, but did not visited. Saw moths in the bathroom."
