Hotel Lötschberg Reviews

Hotel is near Interlaken West train starting, which allows us to travel to various attractions easily. Can see many paraglider from our balcony! Cleanness is fine, staff were friendly. The provision of fridge and microwave at the lounge to allow guest to keep their food and heat it helped a lot as our visit fell on Sunday and most of the shops were closed at the area. Amenities is okay and the wifi connection is great. (note: no bottled water given, states that tap water is drinkable)

the hotel is old styled one and "classical" and good for non-caucasian travellers to try. It's close to city centre and has a big supermarket and mall nearby. It's quite expensive but that's what you would expect in Swiss. The breakfast was good and cosy. The female restaurant staff was nice.

The hotel was very clean. The staff also was nice to answer any question. They also gave us a transportation card which you can take unlimited time in town. Recommend it!

It was convenient from the train station which is why we booked the hotel. Hotel staff are generally friendly or nice.

Lovely hotel in a really good area. We got a lovely warm welcome and everything we needed for our check in. The room was nice and large with plenty of windows for ventilation. Comfortable bed and very clean. Good facilities for making food and drinks in a common room although I would have preferred coffee in my room. We really struggled with the Wifi in our room too. Good breakfast included. Excellent location for exploring this beautiful area

We stayed here for three nights. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the location was close to the train station. There were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The only problem was that the bathroom was a bit small.

The train station is about 5-10 minutes away on foot. The hotel may be old, so the room has a bit of musty smell The overall environment is very hygienic Friendly staff willing to answer questions The toilet is narrow

The standard room is really small. I recommend booking their superior double room, which is much more spacious. It's a 5-minute walk from the West Station. There are coop and migro supermarkets nearby. It's convenient to go anywhere. The environment is very good.

I liked that it was easily accessible from the station. The reception is only open for a limited time, so I arrived before check-in and wanted to leave my luggage, but it said "Closed" so I couldn't. The facilities are generally old.

Very close to Interlaken West Station. It was convenient as there were large supermarkets such as Migros and Lidl nearby. Also, it was located next to a residential area and a school, so I was able to stay quietly. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable, but the air conditioning kept me cool. Breakfast is average. What I remember most is the friendly staff.

The entire hotel has a very Swiss style, like a fairy tale cottage in the forest. The interior design of the room is also very good, with 2 windows, and you can see the town of Interlaken and the mountain view when you open them. The location is very good, 300 meters walk from the train station.
