The location is good, but the guesthouse room is old. There is no kettle / refrigerator while the fan is nearly broken.

Hotel is situated in a great location with less than 10 mins walk to the train station and the staff was really friendly as well.

Great value for money for the price we paid for it. It's clearly stated on the booking that this room has no aircon; this is true and while there is a fan in the lower room there isn't one in the upper room. We went in May when the weather was cool so we were perfectly fine with just opening the window, but this may be a different story in the summer. Had to go to the front desk because the cleaning service didn't give us any toilet paper; while the front desk was prompt in responding it could have led to an awkward situation if someone had used the bathroom without checking first.

We stayed at the guesthouse by Hey hotel.  The elevator is old and bedsheets are of lower quality.   There is no room service for the guesthouse.

Decent for the price and location. Accessible via bus from main Interlaken Ost station, and walkable to West. Not a luxurious place, but comfortable enough for a short stay.

Here is the worst hotel in my whole trip. In trip, wifi is checked but in reality its doesn't work. And its not just only us , they are a lot of guests complain this problem!!! Reception cant do anything, he said its because of the iPhone problem. It should be fine if we can use our own 5G BUT in this hotel the network (swisscom) doesn't work as well !! If anyone think of staying here, i strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel !!!!
