Location is very convenient as there is a free shuttle bus which sends hotel passengers to the airport. This motel surpassed my expectations as I didn’t expect a motel to be this spacious and clean too. Reception staffs were friendly and helpful. Free coffees and tea were given at reception floor too.

I was concerned about staying here because of the area and the chain, but honestly it was fine. I felt safe and the room was clean and had what I needed. No frills but no issues.

The hotel provided free coffee for in house guests, located at the lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful, but the bad thing is the hallway have ********* smell.

The hotel it’s Ok for only 1 night. Pretty close to the airport. The building is old, the room was ok! The bed was comfortable.

Stay only if you need to be near the Los Angeles Airport.

Good and reasonable for price, an issue is the shuttle took a long time to arrive at the airport when the front desk told me they were already on their way. But going to the airport is very reliable. Convenience store nearby.

Well, first you have to pay an extra 16 USD just to park your car...then they charged me twice, and it took an hour or more to resolve this problem. then there is not even a bottle of water in the room. then the room I had was very noisy, as there is an avenue out side which is very busy and there is traffic noise all night. the shower leaked, so all night I had to hear a drip drip drip it was a cold night and the blanket on the bed was a very thin blanket. I have stayed at cheaper hotels with much...much better conditions.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of galleries, and have drinks. Service top-notch as always

Room was fine, acceptably clean. Shuttle stops at 10 pm so about a one hour walk from the airport. Free coffee in the lobby was good.

This hotel is good for location , near to LAX or rental car area. They charge for parking. And if u have 2 rooms you have to pay a separate deposit for each room. A good place to crash for a night.

It's easy to get around town from here, the metro line is about a 15 minute walk, but the 117 bus is right across the road. Use TAP to pay. Bring quarters for the laundry or get them at the 7/11 across the road. The hotel is clean and nice but doesn't provide shampoo.
