"We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself looked pleasant, and the room was in good condition upon arrival. We also requested extra towels, which were delivered promptly without any issues. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The toilet appeared to have a leakage issue, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough despite the temperature being set low. During breakfast, food items were not replenished quickly, and tables were not cleaned promptly, making it difficult to find a clean table. Guests also had to look for their own cutlery, including spoons, forks, and tissues. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although the food served was tasty. On a positive note, the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to East Mall Kuantan. As a hotel rated 5 stars, I expected a higher level of maintenance and service, especially in terms of room facilities and breakfast operations. While the stay was comfortable overall, there is definitely room for improvement to meet 5-star expectations."

"This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again."

"The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents."

"The resort was wonderful. Reminded us alot of koh sa mui. Service was impeccable. Food was fantastic. The pool in the villa was so clean but maybe can cut down on the chlorine tablets a bit."

"The beachfront Airbnb had a great view, right by the sea. The room's cleanliness was so-so, there was some hair. The hotel amenities, like the sheets, pillows, and duvet, felt very synthetic. The pillows were very thin, and the bedding wasn't all cotton. We arrived late at night and called them to arrange key pickup, which went very smoothly overall."
