Hotels with Breakfast in Kuantan

This is family and kids friendly hotel, everything is good and fine. But for breakfast for 3days stays is the same menu I'm expecting other kind of fried noodle or nasi goreng variation on different days. English breakfast also the same menu. The most enjoyable thing is the kids pool because that is the only kids activities can do other than going to the kids gym. But overall the hotel is clean and really quiet. So peaceful. And hotel management can plan on more beach activities like jet ski or surfing activities. The beach is wavy and not safe for recreational swimming.

Had a great stay overall! Received excellent service from the FO, F&B, and HK teams. Special thanks to Sam, Hari, Fatin, and Shaf for their warm hospitality and great service. The only small disappointment was that the rooms didn’t come with Smart TV, but apart from that, everything was great. Definitely enjoyed my stay and appreciate the team’s effort!

We truly happy and enjoyed with our stay at swiss garden! The room and toilet are clean,easy access to beach,swimming pool were amazing and kids friendly. The residence just nice for our little family but extra mattress are provided too. If you’re hungry at night,you can have a in-room dining just like at hotel which i impressed with. Breakfast wise maybe can improve a bit in terms of foods selection. Otherwise my experience was great⭐️and i definitely will come back again in the future!

The hotel's location is truly strategic, right in the city center and close to various eateries, attractions around Kuantan River, and Kuantan Tower. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. What I liked most was the excellent value for money. The basic amenities were complete, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The only minor issue was that parking could be limited at certain times, but it was still manageable. Overall, this hotel is highly suitable for both business trips and short getaways in Kuantan. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Kuantan in the future.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were polite, and the check-in process was smooth. The facilities were basic, nothing too special but everything worked fine. It was a decent stay and suitable if you’re looking for a simple place to rest.

L location very strategic. Near to Teruntum Tower and a lot of cafe around the hotels. All the basics amenities are provided. Iron and board also provided. Breakfast choice is just nice. Just one thing that not satisfied...during the staycation, the reception area was under renovation and this is not informed earlier by hotel management.

Solo traveller. Had to stay for a night. Personally I feel the hotel is at the heart of the city. Having 3 malls at walking distance - Kuantan mall, Berjaya mall and EC mall. Easy food access. Big and spacious room.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, making the stay comfortable. The staff were also friendly and provided good service. However, it seems that the hotel has been operating for quite some time, and many of the facilities are in need of maintenance. First, the shower had excellent water pressure, but the drainage was extremely poor. It seemed like the drain was clogged, as the water quickly accumulated and flooded the shower area. Second, the bathtub stopper was broken. No matter how many times I pressed it, it wouldn’t close, so I couldn’t fill the bathtub with water. On top of that, the hot water for the bathtub wasn’t hot enough. I had even bought a bath bomb specially for this stay, but I couldn’t use it at all, which was quite disappointing. Third, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dust in several areas. Fourth, the toilet had yellow stains, and the toilet seat looked old and dirty. I would recommend replacing the toilet seat to improve the overall cleanliness and appearance. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. The food was not very tasty. Overall, while the room was spacious, the air conditioning was great, and the staff provided good service, the maintenance, cleanliness, and breakfast quality need significant improvement. Considering the price, I don’t think it offers good value for money. 先说优点，房间很宽敞，冷气也很够冷，住起来算是舒服，工作人员的服务态度也很好。 不过，酒店可能开业已有一段时间，感觉有不少设施需要维修和改善： 1. 淋浴的水压很大，这点很好，但排水非常差，应该是排水孔堵塞了，洗澡时水很快就积满整个淋浴区。 2. 浴缸的塞子坏了，无论怎么按都无法把排水口关上，所以完全不能蓄水。而且浴缸的热水也不够热，我还特地买了 bath bomb，结果完全用不上，有点可惜。 3. 房间清洁做得不够仔细，一些角落积了不少灰尘。 4. 马桶有明显发黄的污渍，马桶坐垫看起来也比较旧、脏，建议更换新的坐垫，会让整体卫生观感好很多。 5. 早餐选择不多，味道也比较普通，没有达到这个价位应有的水准。 整体来说，虽然房间空间大、冷气舒适，员工服务也不错，但设施维护、清洁和早餐品质都有待改善，以这个价格来说，我觉得性价比并不高。
